This was my second visit. Though first visit was pleasant so thought of going there again but was a mistake. Ordered bagel... toasted but it was burned from one side and glazed chocolate munchkins. I am not sure why the person who was taking order was soconfused when I said glazed chocolate munchkins, though the tag said same. Read more

I love me some Dunkin but this one consistently disappoints. The drive thru line is often out to the street, and not because... there are a ton of cars, but because they are sooooo slow. The customer service is non-existent, and I often feel as though I'mbothering them with my order. I always pre order through the app and my order has never been ready when I arrived. I wouldrather go to the Dunkin on route 9 where they are efficient and friendly. Read more

Horrible service. I ordered the avocado toast with bacon. Took forever to get it and it wasn?t even toasted. The box had avocado... smeared all over it. I brought it back to the counter and ask them to please toast the bread. The snotty little girl behind thecounter came over laughing and said ?I toasted it?. Didn?t even offer to re-toast it just stood there laughing. Honestly come onnow it?s not rocket science. Read more

I would have given this place 5 stars because of previous experiences. But after 0 sympathy on this holiday When I was... explaining why I was in such distress over is distress over Having to wait longer for my order when I usually wouldn't be on anormal day, it was because her employee created my order incorrectly after repeating it back to me correctly on the intercom.When I was explaining why I was in such distress over this to who was in charge, I did it was because it was making me late having to wait again, for my daughter's 1st Christmas. I suppose she couldn't hear me because I'm not confrontational and I wasmore is sad then angry But she kept saying over and over while I was speaking what did you say What did you say What did you sayAnd I'm already upset that the significant day is my daughter's 1st Christmas and all that she has to say is my employee makes 0sympathy, no sorry this happened and after wanting to know so bad what I was saying walked away in the middle of what I wassaying, interrupting me that I'm late for my daughter's 1st Christmas and I'm missing it because of her employee. 0 stars.
