It's fine I got my drink just waited in line at the drive thru longer than I'd like, but we're all in a rush to go nowhere... aren't we. Are ppl just difficult when they order so the workers have to take longer making their drinks or are the customers soindecisive when they get to the speaker and have to ponder for a millenia until they figure out what kind of frickin donut theywant? It's hot, I'm inhaling the exhaust from the car in front of me and all I want is an ice cold beverage. Read more
I?m nice to the staff, the staff is nice to me! It?s way more common for a costumer to be rude FOR NO REASON than the staff.... Stuff that I order are 99% of the time accurate. I visit this spot every single week! Read more
20 years ago Duncan was a good place I don't see what people see there today. I try every once in awhile hoping it'll get... better. Glazed donuts should be light and fluffy and airy, today they're almost like a cake donut not good at all. Sorry Duncan Read more
I dread coming to this location but when I?m in this area that?s all that?s around. Every single time I come here it?s... something. They get simple drinks wrong every time, forget to give straws and see just plain nasty most of the time. After todayI decided it?s enough bad experiences to base a negative review on. Today ? in addition to their normal screw ups... I asked fora half cup of hot water to warm a baby bottle and they wanted to charge me $1. My son is 4 months old and I?ve asked many timesat many different locations for the same and NEVER have been charged before. And even after that they still didn?t give mestraws. I hate it here. Really unhappy with this location. Last Sunday 11/20 I tried to go inside at 6:14 PM & the door was locked - the workers were... inside and mouthed they were closed even though the hours on the door state they close at 6:30. Today, I went through the drivethru to get a latte and the greeter, was extremely rude & then on top of it when I pulled up all the workers were insidelaughing and I had to wait at least 3 minutes for my latte for it to taste burnt and not even full. I went inside & the managerand her workers laughed at me in my face and gave me dirty looks. & the manager claims this latte has foam-not sure where.Truthfully this is horrible customer service.
