Chaotic. I was disappointed in the breakdown in customer service. It was busy but not overwhelming. The dining area was a mess,... spills on the floor, garbage left behind, etc. the staff seemed lost, cursing from the large manager in the kitchen, largeorders spilling onto the floor, others ignoring customers. We didn?t get napkins and the only way to obtain them was to asksomeone. 5 employees looked as me, smiled, but would not engage when I was trying to ask for napkins!? They seem like they care,so I con only hope they figure out how to work better together. Maybe next time. Read more
Drive thru is kind of dangerous that you have to go through the parking lot. Also the right lane is blocked after the drive... thru, people with pickup trucks pulled over to the side to eat. Not knowing they are blocking traffic. Read more
Wasn't the remodel supposed to IMPROVE the restaurant? The few times I've been there since the remodel, service has been... absolutely atrotious. I walked in around 9PM and there were only about 3 cars in the drive-thru and maybe 2 people in thestore. So the store was not busy at all. I literally had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the cashier so I canorder. I did not want to use the kiosk for a particular reason and I shouldn't have to. My order was super simple, just afries and a drink. I waited another 10 minutes for the order to be given to me. Oh and they removed the self-service drinkarea. Just a terrible McDonald's. Read more
My dining experience at this location was superb all thanks to employee Tijana. She ensured that all ordered items were in my... bag and even made sure that my soda had extra ice inside. Not only did she deliver 5 star service, but she did it with abeautiful and warm smile! We need more competent and caring employees like Tijana working there! Read more
My wife and I decided to stop here for a quick lunch on our way up route 9. The charge was $10.18. I didn't have a 10 so I gave... the young man at the window $22 because I did not want to have a bunch of singles in my pocket. He gave me change for a 10. Iasked for my additional $10 change. He looked confused and called the manager. They made a big deal of how they were going tohave to count the drawer. I said that's fine I'll wait right here. They then asked me to pull up to the window where I got myfood. After I got my food they asked me to pull up to the second drive-thru window. Several minutes later a woman who I assumewas a manager told me she had counted the drawer and that there was no additional money in it. She then added because there wasno additional money and they have "excellent cameras" she had checked the cameras and said that I had given him a 10. I saidthat's great, let me look at the camera. She refused to let me see the camera, conveniently. I will not be back here. I willthink twice about going to another McDonald's. I can afford the $10. It's the principle of the matter. Read more
They just reopened this place and I guess rebuilding it made no sense to me if the customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I went there... to pick up to go, the drive tru people were super nice but had me wait for my food for 15 minutes. Someone who I guess was themanager but looked like a teenager asked with the biggest attitude what are you waiting for and just kept walking. That littleboy needs to get fired. I guess this was his first job because he does not know how to talk to people. Read more
What a shame. They had the chance to make it better and they made it worse. Took parking spots away, lot is now ridiculously... small. The food got worse too. Went with my kids and I don?t expect high quality food to begin with. Chicken nuggets were bonedry, neither of my kids finished one. Fries were cold too. How do you screw up nuggets and fries? Only positive thing wasballoons for kids, but the woman?s attitude wasn?t great. Fail all around, won?t be coming back to this one. Read more
When I ordered my food a couple weekends ago I noticed my fries weren?t filled all the way. But then a lovely girl named Tianna... came to the rescue and fulfilled my happiness and fries. I had a pleasant experience and I?m glad this location has reopened. 5stars ?????????? Read more
