We ordered through the app for curbside pickup. Food was brought out quickly, by a friendly employee. The order was correct, and... they even gave us extra sauce. The food was hot and your typical McDonald's deliciousness. The only reason for docking a star isbecause when you come out of the curbside pickup area, as far as I can see, there is no way to get out of the parking lot unlessyou go through the drive through. It's very possible I missed it, but I've been there twice now and haven't figured it out. Read more
I attempted to call to address this issue but no answer. Went to voicemail with no confirmation was a McDonald?s. I ordered 3... combo meals and spent about 30 dollars. My order was incorrect and had pickles and no cheese when I had specifically requestedjust ketchup and cheese. On a medium double quarter pounder combo that?s a lot of money for fast food and I would hope it wouldbe correct. I?m hoping that my issue can be resolved and I can get some kind of compensation and then I will edit myreview. Additional info: the burger is all ripped apart for some reason. I?ve shown a picture (where I salvaged it by addingstring cheese in my fridge) but you can see the patties all ripped up in multiple pieces. Looks like someone smashed it ormashed it up. Read more
I can't stand this McDonald's! Every time I go here their is always a problem. Between the customer service being terrible to... the quality of food being to the point where you don't want to eat what you paid for. I have worked in the food industry beforeand it can get difficult but their is no reason that this should be a constant experience and then the attitude you get when youask for something to be fixed or that you were handed the wrong order. Unfortunately management does not care since they getbusiness regardless of how many customers are upset. Read more
Its in a convenient location, close to englishtown flea market. Service is attentive and ok. They replaced the cold coffee I was... served, however they could work on keeping place clean.. Its not messy but there are crumbs and bits of paper thar can be seeno. floor Read more
The food is McDonalds so it can either be a hit or miss. Prices has gone up while the quality is the same. Servers are good and... do their job good. The atmosphere is dirty and sometimes I feel like I can't put anything down. Read more
