Not a very good place to eat there slow and the food was really bad
No AC, floors looked dirty and where slick, and Flys everywhere. To add there was no ice had to ask to have ice brought out.
BEWARE BEWARE!!! The place didn't have A/C (except one side of the dinning), Pepsi or Root beer., and no ice! We did have a very... larger order we waited 40 mins for... when it came out it was wrong, items were missing, and some of it was cold. The bathroomwas absolutely disgusting not sure when they cleaned it last.You could smell the grease trap. As we were leaving everyone washaving issues with their order and the manager came out the kitchen started cussing and walked right back in. I wouldn'trecommend this place!! The Health Department needs to shut it down! Pray none of us get sick!!! Read more
Terrible service, rude staff, and the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. It took 40 mins to receive our order, to have them... remake it twice. I will never revisit this restaurant and would not recommend anyone else to eat there. Read more
When i went by the first time i was told they were not open yet and was not told what time they would open. Hours are wrong on... Google maps so I added a suggestion for a time change, however, when I went back the second time an employee told me they don'treally know what time they will open due to sluggish computers. The employee was nice and polite. Read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. I am livid. I spent over 30 min in the drive thru waiting on our food only for it to be... inedible. The meat was so burnt that it was crunchy. They missed items, got items wrong and the alphas employees acted as thoughthey were high. I have tried to call to get my money back but no one will answer the phone. $40 down the drain. Read more
I guess it depends upon who they have hired to work there. I've been in when the meal was great. Then I've gone through the... drive-thru and the burger was just warm, the buns still felt cold like they were just taken out of the fridge, and the drinkshake was runny. Haven't been back since, and that was six months ago (05/21). Read more
Love the fried clam strips and fried shrimp the problem is that when I got home I discovered that I only had 1 order of fried... clams when I paid for 2 and I sure didn't want to go back and wait another 26 minutes.I was sure disappointed next time I willcheck before pulling away from the window.
