Only good server in there is MaKayla. There are a few who are okay but they take forever to come check on you. This store needs... better staff. Point blank. This was our first time at BW and this will be our last! We just wanted a place to watch the OSU and Texas game. The food was... awesome when we got it but constantly having to wave down a different person for silverware or even a beer was ridiculous! Weasked for Togo boxes and dressing for a side salad when we received our food but it took us asking for a manager to finally getthem. We didn't leave without a complaint! WORST experience tonight I?ve ever had at ANY restaurant or store I?ve ever been to. Service was awful. Food and drinks were... awful. When I told the manager he not only didn?t care but because I had accidentally knocked over a plastic caution sign whilewaiting for him for over 10 min to appear from outside where he had been smoking with his employees all night, asked me to leaveand stood towering over my while I picked up the sack I asked for 30 min prior and he threw, then sneered and said he had me oncamera. Why is 1 star the lowest rating we can give? This is Clearly an Oklahoma University establishment. They need to advertise this... on their sign, (All others are not welcome.) We came to watch an Oklahoma State University game and got nothing but harassed bythe staff. Our food was messed with and we were given horrible service. They kept on bumping into our chairs as they walked by. All because we cheered on the Cowboys. We will never give another $$$ to any of these stores ever again. Waitress was attentive but not bothersome, food was delicious, didn't have to wait long for it to come. Great atmosphere! Plenty... of parking, wheelchair accessible and prices are good. We'll be back. Read more
