I'll admit I screwed up ordering my dinner online by not checking to make sure the order was correct when I placed it. For... whatever reason it didn't change the sauce from tomato to alfredo. That said the manager was soo nice and helpful. I appreciatethat they were willing to right the mistake that wasn't their fault. We will definitely be repeat (but more cautious so as notto make mistakes) customers! 10/10 will totally order from here again. The delivery driver was also very nice and friendly. Theymade the overall experience a positive one when they'd have been well within their rights to say "not our problem". Read more
I ordered a pizza yesterday. It took them an hour and a half to deliver the pizza. I called the store around 7:50 to ask what... was going on, and at first I was told that my order didn't process only for that to be changed to the delivery guy leaving at7:00 to deliver 3 pizzas. My pizza was lukewarm, the sauces listed on the receipt were wrong but that didn't matter because theydidn't give me any sauce at all, and they left out the Parmesan packets that I specifically asked for. The person on the phonedidn't care, which isn't surprising but I would have appreciated at least a good acting job. Anyway, I was famished so I paidand ate the pizza but I absolutely will not order from them again. Read more
Stuck at work, ordered on Doorddash and the store cancelled my order 35 min after I had been sitting there and waiting for it.... If you can't be compatible with delivery apps then pull your store. Don't get a starving girls hopes up and then she has to doinvestigation work to figure out you cancelled it!! Thats messed up!! Read more
i have spent over an hour trying to place an order. the website and app wont let you checkout. i called the local business but... was told the special was online only but they could offer me the same deal for $6 more, so i tried to order on my son's accountonline, wouldnt work. i tried to call back for 10 minutes and no one answered the phone. it would ring and then someone wouldhang up. i was polite, just trying to order dinner. i was a loyal Papa Johns customer for many years. they apparently dont valuemy business. i will go elsewhere in the future. We order a pizza and wings for delivery a few days ago it was 30 minutes before closing. By the time we got our food they had... closed. The pizza was burnt to the point we couldn't eat it. The wings were not cooked enough the outside of the fat was flabbyand gross and after getting past that the inside was pretty much raw and I checked multiple pieces. We tried calling and no oneanswered. The next day we tried to call around the time they opened but no answer. After returning home from the hospital it wasaround 7pm before we could call again. The manager said that we should have called the night we ordered or earlier in the day.He from the start was acting like he didn't care. Not even a apology or any concern at all. We even kept the food just in casethey wanted to see for themselves. It was horrible enough to get raw chicken but add a manager being rude and not caring abouttheir screw up. Talk about a roller coaster of emotions here. So I?m here in Enid for work, haven?t had Papa Johns in a while and I was craving... it. I generally prefer Dominos but I was craving Papa Johns tonight. My last two experiences (one in OKC the other in LeagueCity, TX) were less than one star experiences, so I wanted to give it one more shot. I placed my order at 10:15pm on a Thursdaynight via their app, and once placed, it said my order would be delivered in 115-125 minutes. Yeah, not a typo, screenshotincluded. I called the place and asked if it would really take that long. Christian answered and he was cool, down to earth. Hesaid his system said the same thing, and the reason why was because he only had one driver tonight (kind of odd, but whatever).He didn?t want to promise me anything, but he said it would probably only take 45 minutes. Well, the delivery driver, Kay,actually showed up at 10:43. So delivery only took 28 minutes, which is way better than the 115-125 minutes that was initiallyquoted. Happy about that. She was a very nice, sweet woman, very pleasant. She included some extra coupons, a bunch of redpepper and Parmesan cheese, and a Papa Johns magnet. The pizza itself was good, but not 100% satisfactory. Despite the moreexpedient delivery than expected, the pizza itself was just above luke warm in temperature, and the crust didn?t seam as thoughit was fully cooked enough. I had ordered 3 ranch cups and only received 2. I ordered 2 drinks, received both, but they were?cool? at best. I don?t know. I just wasn?t as pleased with my order as I had hoped, and I may just be done with Papa Johnsaltogether. Nothing to do with Christian or Kay, they were great, but the overall experience with Papa Johns just isn?t what itused to be. Read more
This place sells you a supposed to be fully that is nothing but cheese and crust and it's over 20 bucks ???? The biggest ripoff... in town. It's greasy and not even cooked. Read more
