This Sonic has major issues!! Not sure what is happening here (or rather what's not happening here) but they are always out of... something, the service is slow (even when using the app to order ahead) and the food has not been good here for quite a while.The car hops do apologize when they deliver to the car but how long can they keep apologizing?? I only go to this Sonic becauseof it's location but I have been driving further to another location because this one has been so bad. Order thru the app to gethalf price drinks anytime and you're out of ice?? Really?? Not my favorite Sonic but I still go here for drinks only. Read more

Went to Sonic tonight granted they closed in about 35 minutes. My mistake the food was cold and the meat tasted like it was old.... The guy was nice but the food sucked. Read more

Made a moble order fine, arrive and notice several stalls with hazard cones that closed. Stall 2 won't recognize the mobile... check in. Nobody answers after the red call button. Attempt to go thru the drive through, it's closed. Pull into another stall,it's stuck on someone else's order and wont recognize the mobile check in. Push the red button, guy answers and said he canbring us the water on our order but the ice cream is down until tomorrow and we'll have to come back tomorrow if we want it, wedon't live in town, no chance of a refund. This was how our past experiences have been here nearly every time so we stoppedusing this location. We were driving by and thought we'd try them again, mistake. Steer clear of this place, there are 3 otherSonics in Enid, use those. Read more

Horrible experience! I?m done going there. So I pull up, order my food, get my food only to get home to discovery burnt fries,... hollow mozzarella sticks, with a cold burger! Then I have to go back up there to ask to speak to a manager and the employeetells me the manager can?t help me bc she is on a smoke break! Like really! How unprofessional! So then the manager finallycomes to the window ( after I asked to speak to her twice) and she completely blows me off! I?m completely over this place. I?mnot spending my hard earned money for cold disgusting food! Corporate really needs to step up bc employees like these are whatruns the customers away! Unbelievable! On a smoke break? Really? I pulled up 10 minutes before they opened. Waited until 7 and pushed the button and got no response. I tried to go through drive... thru and something was blocking it. Its now 7:05, im the only car there and i pull into another car port and push the button andstill got no response until i already pulled out and turned out of the parking lot. Third time in a row having problems with 3different sonics. Probably wont go back to another sonic sadly Read more

This location has gone drastically downhill within the past few months. The drive thru is often closed, stalls are often blocked... off with cones, and it takes forever for you to get your order. We went in to check on our order and the place was DISGUSTING. Read more
