This has to be the worst Subway ever. I arrived before my scheduled pick up time. I sat there waiting 15 minutes past. I asked... about my order and was rudely told they haven't done any online orders because they were busy. I told them I was there beforeand after every customer. They didn't know what to say, other than sorry. Then they got an attitude when asked for a refund. Iwill never return there. Read more
Walked in and they were out of tomatoes came in on a convo that shouldn?t be shared around customers very inappropriate convos... then. Ordered a salad bowl and got up to the veggies had no tomatoes and cucumbers looked like they were going bad so didspinach and the lettuce was BROWN yuck they need to close this one down or get it together some how because who runs a businessa subway like this never seen anything like this ever eeeewwwwww just gross ???? I know there's a labour shortage but jeez at least train the ones you've got. That was the worst subway and possible any fast food experience of my life. Felt so uncomfortable and wanted to walk out halfway through ordering. Will no go here again and don't recommend anyone else goes here until a serious company and employeeevaluation occurs. I feel dirty just walking in this place, employees are always huddled up out the front door smoking cigarettes, there?s always... some type of white trash drama going on and completely negative vibe/comments. One employee stated ?she was cleaning up bloodthis morning? while there was a old guy on a scooter out front who I thought was homeless but apparently worked there arguingwith everyone, if he was behind the counter I would?ve not had him make my sandwich but hell there wasn?t ANY BREAD to makesandwiches. Nearly walked out of the store due to being ignored while picking up an online order. Still waiting to be helped. Staff seem... more interested in interacting with friends and family members than serving customers. Also mask wearing by employees is poor atbest. Read more
Every time I pull up to this location, ALL of the employees are outside smoking and typically ask me to give them a minute to... finish their cigarettes before they enter the restaurant. I have contacted what I thought was the Manager in regards to theemployees not wearing masks while preparing food! This restaurant is dirty and I will not be returning. Today at 1 pm, me and my friend went to get subs, we see these 2 ladies who were being rude to these men. One man didn?t know... language and she was practically yelling at him as if it would make him understand more, and then the ladies were acting annoyedby a man who was very nice to them, but obviously he had some sort of mental disability.
