Hi everyone, how has your week been? Great I do pray. This Chick-fil-A was Awesome. The employees are Outstanding.
I was so impressed by this location. The bathroom had cabinets in each stall with extra toilet paper and extra diapers by the... changing table. The high chairs came with table mats (the plastic ones that stick to the table fit easy cleanup). The condimentstation had a basket to ?save the sauces,? which was very convenient and clever. I ordered the 4 PC chicken tenders; it didn't look appetizing, the tenders were extremely small and the breading looked over... cooked. Luckily for me, digging past the breading the tenders were actually just right. The kid at the drive thru window forgotmy dipping sauce but I was just glad the tenders we alright....... I can look past the size and the dipping sauce. Read more
I brought a church group to this location and used the app to order ahead. When we arrived to confirm our order they started... making our drinks and had the food ready for us before we finished getting all our drinks passed out. Great staff working welland quickly. We come here EVERYDAY! And on every other Saturday! We have never been disappointed. I order food for work at this chick fil... a, even though I work all the way in Arlington, the reason I do that is because they have AWESOME SERVICE and their food isalways hot and delicious. My daughter doesn?t get tired of the food and I never get tired of the great service! Thank youEnnis Chick-fil-A?? you guys rock!!!! Editing because my review was very angry. I don?t have time to go back and complain but all I asked for was lettuce and pickles... and didn?t get either. The staff was great my order was completely wrong. I can?t eat cheese and won?t be eating this sandwich.Waste of money and time I?m disappointed in y?all. ._. Read more
Who in the history of Chick-fil-A ever has a bad thing to say about the customer service? They have set the industry standard.... Always polite, cheerful and ready to help. The only issue I ever have is that i am a fatty. They never ever ever fill up yourlarge waffle fries. It's always half full... Never half empty because it's Chic-fil-A and optimism is everything. I'd give it 5 stars but the service is not the "Chick-fil-a" service I'm used to. I've been here a few times and one time they... messed up my order. I always have to pull forward and wait on my food. I've been to many Chick-fil-a's and this one is by far myleast favorite. Read more
