This location needs to step up their game. After ordering my food I ordered 6 ranch. The cashier gave me the food and I asked is... the ranch in there and he said "should be" so I pulled off and pulled over to see if all the food was there because everytime Igo something is always missing but anyway there was no ranch in the bag so I pulled back up and told them I didn't get the ranchand she asked for the receipt I told her the cashier did not give me one then she told me that they put it in the bag and thatthey could not give me anymore. Finally after I argued a little she told me to pull up and they gave me ranch as I pulled off Ilooked in the bag and there were 5 ranch. Any other day I would have just pulled off and been fine with the 5 but because howrude they were to me I pulled back around and told them they only gave me 5 and I clearly paid for 6. Once again they told methey were not going to give it to me then told me to pull up. I pulled up and the manager came out to my car. I asked what theproblem was about giving me what I paid for and by that time I was mad. She told me to talk to her calm and tried to explain itto me that her employee said she put them in the bag. My son drove all the way across town (15 to 20 minutes each way) because I love the fish here. When he got back with food, I... had an order of corn nuggets as a side. I had ordered mashed potatoes and cole slaw. I didn't get either of those. This isnot the first time an order has been wrong. Service is really bad. Why can't they hire decent employees? I LOVE Chicken Express!! I wish I could give a higher rating but it never fails that when we go through the drive thru something... gets left out of the order. There is no dine in so if you want the order corrected you have to go back through the drive inline. Read more
Pretty sure we said BISCUITS 3 TIMES! Once when we ordered Once again when she said say it again One more time when she asked... what sides we wanted. We got a sack of soggy rolls, let's not even talk about the cold chicken Golden Chick closed, this placeis next then all we'll have is KFC. Sad. Read more
Horrible food! Everything was cold! The chicken was dry, the leg and the breast. The okra was soggy. No flavor the roll was... cold? no seasoning just bland. I hadn?t ate all day its3:23 pm now I end up eating this. Smh Read more

I went through the drive thru today to get a snack pack for my son on the way back home. 1st issue I had is the person that took... my order needs to work on their listening skills as I had to repeat twice that my son wanted CORN NUGGETS as his side item. Iget to the window, I pay & receive our teas. However, when we receive our food, there was absolutely NO EMPLOYEE INTERACTION. Assoon as I handed the food to my son & turned around the person was gone- even before I could ask for condiments or napkins(which I DID NOT RECEIVE). Then we get home to eat our food & my son receives old, soggy french fries in his snack pack- Not theCorn Nuggets I had to repeat twice to them that he wanted!!!! ???????????? The lady at the window was nice. If you were having a bad day, she'd make a difference in that.
