Sometimes they feel like a nut & sometimes they dont! Godfathers could've gotten an extra star or 2 from this last service I... received, because the lady was sooooo nice. BUT the time before that was so bad, it brought the average down. I ordered the tacopizza lite on the lettuce. Seems like she heard the opposite. I usually take a look at my order, but the one time I'm in a rushand don't check it; is when it came out like below. 5 stars for quality and taste plus the option of cheaper full slice quick serve at the gas register. The pizza is good, if a bit... expensive (truck stop price premium). -2 stars for completely random hours and food availability. Sunday is extremely hit ormiss if Godfather's is even open. Most days it's random if the single slice is available. Most days their closing time israndom and it's definitely earlier than 10pm. If you're not close by or plan on stopping in for pizza, calling ahead (call theLove's truck stop) to see if Godfather's is open is a good idea. Read more
Don't bother. They never answer the phone. They are closed before the time they posted. Last time there was someone there they... refused to cook anything other than the mini pizzas even though there are other sizes on the menu. I don't know if it is badmanagement or bad employees, but this location doesn't seem to care. This is my last time trying to give them business. Read more
Pizza's good. Dont bother calling though. I called till I got there, and watched them just ignore the phone. [Edit] Bad. Just... bad. Out of 3 or 4 different ingredients, there are 2 personal pizzas, both crusts are hard as a rock. This store needs all newstaff. Except Mr. Stoner. So, we had been in Dallas pretty much the whole day to celebrate my sister's birthday. We had a lot of fun, and on our way home,... we started to hear small complaints from my other siblings. "Momma, I'm hungry" "Daddy, can we have dinner?" Of course, myparents said yes, and so off we were,heading for Godfather's pizza, Wich my dad said was some of the best in the U.S.A. OH. MY.GOSH. It. was. AMAZING! We got the three meat and the kind with mushrooms and olives, wow it was good! ( And this is a girl whohates mushrooms talking! ) Don't get me wrong, I still love Little Caesars, but Wow! There was so much topping on those things!It only took us 15, 20 minutes to get them, and with the quality of the pizzas we got, I don't care how long it takes! I swear,there was at least half, to a full inch of meat, cheese, and sauce! I have not ever seen a pizza like that..... Except for atGodfather's. to make a long story short, I am now in love.... Godfather's is the best pizza of all time. If you have never eaten it, I would definitely recommend you pick up a pizza if you... are ever traveling by one of these travel stops that has one. Only thing that makes me sad is you can't find sit downrestaurants for them anymore. Happy they are still around though. Solid thumbs up. Read more
New store and it and the crew should've had MUCH MORE training!!!! We tried for 10 minutes and 4 different people to order 2... pizzas!!! Dumb, ill trained kids looked at us like they couldn't understand English, entered wrong items and got confused asto try and get it straightened out to take the money and give a receipt. They had to call the station manager to try andcorrect it! On top of that, the dumb teenager couldn't figured out the change due and had to call for more assistance. Gaspumps wouldn't print receipt... just a blank piece of paper requiring another trip inside for a REAL receipt and had to explainwhat pump # and dollar amount 4 times to get the correct reciept. Walked in at 5:30 and spoke to the manager about ordering a pizza for pickup later. She explained they have 2 ways to do that.... Online and call ahead but the online system was not working half the time so she recommended calling ahead later. At 7:17pm Icall and ask for a pizza to be made ready and the girl that answered the phone told me they would need about 20 minutes to getit ready. I walk in 17 minutes later and stand at the counter waiting to be greeted. The little girl was busy making a pizza soI waited patiently for her to finish. After she gets done making the current pizza she looks up and says ?Yes??. I tell her I?mhere to pick up my pizza and she says it just got put in the oven. Customer service is clearly not something they are going forat this location and it will be a helluva long time before I ever try this location again.
