WORST SERVE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME... KEEP DRIVING!!! We were seated then they proceeded to forget about everything! Gave our... drink order... she forgot us, took our food order and then had to come back bc they didn't confirm how we wanted things... thenwe have a child that loves pancakes but not the eggs and meat... so the old crew would NOT charge anything additional for just aplain pancake substitution instead tonight 11/18/22 they wanted us to pay full price for the children's meal plus an extra $0.90for the plain pancake! Then we had to tell them our drink order several times and they still brought the wrong items... when thefood finally came, we asked for Tabasco and NEVER got it!!! Had to hold our coffee cup in the air to even get a refill!! Broughtus the ticket and it wasn't ours, then the correct ticket was given BUT they charged for an adult tea, when all we got was achild's ( no refills given) WORST SERVICE EVER, WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!! Went in at 1930 on Fri. Nov. 11. There were about 3 tables taken, but otherwise open. Once seated we ordered fairly fast. ... There were 4 of us and we all ordered breakfast food. It took over an hour to get our food, minus the pancakes. We were toldthere was a mishap in the order in back. 15 mins later pancakes show up and they were broken. We haven't been to an IHOP inyears and after this awful experience we will not be going back. It's Denny's from here on out. Guess I expected too much. Read more
Went on a Saturday afternoon as a pit stop on a road trip. Long line in the lobby but wait was only about 15 minutes. Service... was good, my chicken arrived pink/raw but since I had it smothered in gravy, I ate most of it and didn't notice at first!Yikes! Ordered 55+ turkey dinner. Meat was not fully cooked, mashed potatoes were cold in the middle, No gravy. When asked for gravy... that menu syayes with turkey gravy, they bring me white gravy. I told girl to get me chicken tenders & onion rings instead. Shebrought them but they were overly cooked. No gravy or ranch or any kind of dipping sauce was offered. After an hour my husbandhad already finished his food and had to wait for my food. No drink refills were offered so on top of dry No drink to wash itdown with. Read more
This ihop is a big failure the lobby has maybe 5 customers in it my wife and I ordered a burger and turkey dinner it took 40min... from the time we ordered to the table. My wife's meal was cold and it was missing the turkey gravy my burger was Luke warm nonapkins no refills they offered to replace the turkey dinner so my wife ordered chicken tenders and yes they were burnt. EggsI stopped by for a birthday wish 2am breakfast for my girlfriend?s newly minted 15yo daughter. The over easy eggs had enough... shell fragments in them that I got crunch with every bite. We mentioned to two staff members that we were there because it washer birthday and got no show of enthusiasm or happy birthday whatsoever. Waited at the door for 5 mins. Someone in street clothes greeted me and seated me. Only 1 server. Ordered orange juice and got... watered down orange juice. Ordered a pancake combo, took almost 30 mins to get and there was 1 other table in there. The big topby me hadn?t even ordered yet so my food should have taken maybe 10 mins. Turns out they forgot my order. Really? Not sure whatthe disconnect there was. It finally came and was WRONG! Not surprised honestly. No music playing. Extremely hot in the diningroom. Worst IHOP. The manager is REALLY RUDE. IM GLAD I CANCEL MY ORDER. This place can be better if IHOP really care about customers.... Hope it goes out of bussiness I went to Denny's and HAD WAY BETTER EXPERIENCE. Read more
