I recently was able to try Pizza Huts newest menu item. I chose the Meat Lover's Pizza Melt. When I tell you it was delicious,... it was packed with flavor. The crust is seasoned with Parmesan cheese and Oregano and the inside had melted Meat and Cheese.The pizza sauce was served on the side which I love. That way I can choose how much sauce I want for every bite. This is perfectfor lunch and dinner. Definitely a must try, you will not be disappointed. My friends and I want to there store and sat down after 20mins no one came to take your order. Was told several times that they... would be right over but the employees were to buzzy talking and playing on there phones. We well never eat at a pizza hutagain. I contacted the corporate office and they didn't want to get involved ????. Good luck with your complains Read more
I give it zero stars. If I could give it less than zero I would. The only reason it got 1 star is because I had to in order to... leave the review. They barely ever have any help and they seem remorseful. On several occasions they allowed me to place adelivery order only for my food to never be delivered. Once I had to go pick it up and the second time just asked for a refundafter being told my food was out for delivery and it never showed up. This is the only pizza place that delivers to my home soit looks like from here on out I’ll just drive elsewhere because this is ridiculous! Read more

The pizza was great! However, we order appetizers & got it with the meal even though we specifically asked to get it BEFORE the... pizza. That has happened several times. I finally was asked if I wanted a refill right before we were leaving. The Ennis PizzaHut is ALWAYS busy with the delivery & takeout orders. It does make it harder for them to serve those who choose to dine in. Read more
This pizza hut management and delivery team is top knotch! It may take a minute to get there because no one feels like picking... up their own dinner but they try their very best with the people that show and the food is worth the wait! Delicious! ???? Read more
Disclaimer, I love pizza hut like a lot but this has gotten out of hand seriously. I order through the app and about my last 2-3... orders they've given me the wrong wings, now to their credit I called and brought me the right ones in a timely manner but thistime was ridiculous the didn't even cut the pizza or the cookie which just feels negligent and unprofessional. This doesn't ruinpizza hut for me all together but definitely makes me more likely to order from other places in the future.
