Two visits today at the Ennis, TX Sonic. First: I ordered a meal and two drinks at 5:09 pm. After 20 minutes they brought me a... drink and asked for the rest of my order. The drink wasn?t mine. After a long back and forth I finally asked for the manager. Hetook my order again and I received it after 40 minutes. It was cold, hard, and the drinks were not made well. I was late andleft. Second: I ordered two slushes at 10:10 pm. Same Sonic. After observing customers receive their orders who arrived after Idid I began to wonder if they?d forgotten me. Two young boys from the inside exited the sonic and approached a vehicle with onefemale occupant next to my vehicle. She had arrived about 15 minutes after I ordered. They brought her a drink and stood andtalked to her for another 10 minutes. I pushed the red button again and questioned where my two slushes were. After another 5minutes I received them. I?m patient but I?ve spent 58 minutes at Sonic today waiting for chicken, onion rings, cherry lime aid,cherry,vanilla,crème Dr Pepper, and two slushes. Both times my order had been set aside, forgotten, or just ignored. Very poorservice. Very poor. Read more
Rude order taker kept saying he couldn't hear me and I've have to speak up. I ended up literally YELLING my order and I still... had to keep correcting him. Good food, garbage order taker ruined it. Get people that can hear normal conversation or fix yourradios. # CORRECTION# The food was NOT good, the onion rings were burned and the burgers were cold and the buns soggy andsmashed flat. $37 for the trash can. Negative 5 stars. I waited 20 minutes for a ordered a head drink just for them to come out and say they don't have it. Worst... sonic location in the county. They take the fast out of fast food. Read more
I just ordered super sonic cheeseburger meal 15 minutes ago with a coke. I get home and my burger is a single meat and drink is... Diet Coke. I call and no one answers. I live outside of town so didn?t go back. Never going back! Read more
Ordered 2 drinks and waited 40mins and then asked again. Was told they were bringing them out and 10 mins later never got them.
We bought rt 44 drink, coffee with French vanilla, Ultimate meat wrap and sausage egg croissant. The croissant is the size of... the sausage. The wrap was cold. And since we ordered from the app we couldn't get our money back. They only have large cups.Shouldn't they have given change back for the drink. Read more
The worst sonic I have every had. The picture is my order but not what I ordered. I have seen kids meals bigger than those small... boxes. And the chicken was horrible, batter not cooked had some kind of gel in it and a unchewable film. Best thing about thislunch was the tea. And I paid $8 for that garbage. Read more
Worse Sonic ever. I normally order ahead on the app so i don't have a long wait. But today wanted to pay cash and only wanted a... pretzel. I set in the stall for ten minutes with the button activated. All the people that pulled in after me, got to order andget their orders before anyone answered me. Needles to say, I left.
