This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. No matter how busy they are, they always keep the drive-thru line moving. I... usually prefer to go inside to get my mobile orders and someone always greets me right away and my drink is ready and madeperfectly. I order my drink the same way every time so i know that was not the case. I politely told her thati have ordered it this way before & she rolled her eyes at me & rudely said ? Okay ? . The girl who took my order, Mandy, made me feel like my business wasn't welcome since I ordered through the app instead of... ordering at the window. This made absolutely no sense. Hannah was so friendly, we ordered our drinks wrong and got something we weren't expecting. They were so friendly and said they... would be happy to remake our drinks. BUT IT GETS WORSE. I went back out to the car and was trying to show my girlfriend thecascading effect from the nitro stuff AND ONE OF THE COFFEES SPILLED EVERYWHERE. I was so frustrated, I went back in to orderanother coffee and Hannah asked if everything was ok, I replied I had spilled my coffee and was ordering another one. Sheoffered to remake it but I replied it was my fault it spilled. She happily insisted one making me another one, and completelygave me faith in humanity once more. Exemplary customer service, the employees working were all super kind especially 5 minutesfrom close. Wonderful store. Management is always on top of things. Ordered a drink via mobile and forgot to pick it up #seniormoment....
