Best cooked chicken flautas I've had in a long time at TC. Perfectly cooked. Normal TC is in Richardson and our flautas are... sometimes overcooked. Passing through Ennis and stopped here. I wish the cook (young female) at the Ennis location would move tomy regular TC!! The entire staff was very nice and the flauta plate was delicious! Read more
Clean parking lot. Fast service. Ordered 2 bean tacos in the drive thru and spent less than $3 & 3 minutes time. Very nice lady... tending the drive thru too. Read more
Ate here last year many times quality quantity has gone way down !! Obviously portion sizes shrunk and prices increased!! I can... sit in real Mexican restaurant for same price and do way better!! My family loves taco cabana. But we were very unhappy with this experience at this location. This restaurant was very... unsanitary, the bathrooms were unkept, the dining area was dirty, and the staff was rude to us. One person in particular stoodout to us, the man taking our order was unfriendly and tried to have us order with Specific language usage. For example, not touse ?Can I? when placing an order. The encounter was off putting to say the least. Hopefully this review can help this locationimprove in the future. Read more
Was handed my order after placing online. Luckily I could feel the bag and notice I only received 1 soda...which was in the same... bag as my hot food??? Should have checked the entire bag. Got back to work and didn't get 1/2 the sauces I ordered and 1 that Ipayed for. Very disappointing since it seemed like they were very slow. Should be able to get one order right! Read more
Food was great but customer service was terrible. Me and my husband went in the drive thru and the lady that took our order was... not comprehending on what we wanted. We had to repeat our order multiple times. When we finally got our order 30 mins later, itwas the wrong order. So we went inside spoke w the manager on duty and explained our order was wrong and again she had troubleat first understanding what we wanted. I don't know how this place has such critical reviews! Taco Cabana Ennis is the best one. Even though they seem to be extremely... short-staffed, the employees are always so upbeat, friendly, and eager to make sure your order is right. I can't say I've everhad a bad meal here. Went in for lunch at 10:40 am, there were boxes stacked blocking the order area, nothing in the hot sauce area and a to go grab... area blocking the other part of order area, I stood there for 7 minutes before anyone took my order. Not going here again. Thisone anyway ???? Read more
