I definitely gotta say it's the best fast food in the city of Ennis Texas, I normally go there when I'm hungry, and I hope it... gets a remodel to attract more customers, but there's one problem, so this happens 6 out of 10 of the time when I was orderingwith my sister, we was ordering the sweet and spicy burgers along with onion rings, we both wanted a shake, they said shakemachine was down, so I was like okay, sweet tea for both of us, then they said at the time being they won't be able to makeanymore until the truck comes in, so like we understood, so we gotten soda drinks, they repeated our order, everything wasexactly right, until we was waiting for 45 minutes only to see that they didn't add cheese the sauce on our food, it was meatand a bun, they gave us fries instead of what we ordered was the onion rings, my sister called corporate to solve this but Ibeen seeing this happening ever since then, I don't mind getting my friends together to call corporate, because it used to bethe best service in town until these pass 8 months. Burger was good as usual...onion rings were good. They had NO ketchup in the store. I don't know how this happens. The funny... part of it is the tray liner proudly proclaiming that "no-one is running out of ketchup on our watch", while they have zeroketchup in house! Read more
It's a Whataburger. We had a quick breakfast. The food and service was okay.
The service at this whataburger is absolutely horrible. It took at least 2 minutes till the kids behind the counter stopped... chatting and playing on their phones and I was able to place an order. It took another 20 minutes to get my food and to top itoff the fries were soggy. It's so expensive now anyway that for $1 or $2 more you can just go to a sit down restaurant andyou'll probably get your food sooner. I've been to other whataburgers and used to love it back in the day, but I'm never goinginto this one again. Read more
Wait in line for 30 minutes and you expect all of your food. You don't expect that person making your food to complain that the... order was too big. I paid for it. And it's nice to see a manager ROLL her eyes because I asked for the food I paid for, that Ididn't receive. Needs better management, so the employees will follow lead. Trash. Read more
I'm giving 1 Star just because this time they actually gave me the order right??????????? but i had 2 burgers and one spicy... chicken sandwich and they were all burned!!! We though, oh it's not too bad, but every bite taste burned!! We threw them away!!I live far from town so i wasn't going to waste my time and gas. Read more
Ya know I?m sick and tired of going through the drive through and dealing with attitude and sass from the employees especially... today. I go and order and apparently they have no large cups. i accidentally asked for another large drink (my mistake ) thegirl immediately screams through the speaker and repeats that they don?t have large cups, didn?t even give me time to correctmyself. While sitting here waiting on my order I am witnessing employees wearing gloves and touching everything from trash to other... equipment, walls, and putting their hands back into the food without changing the gloves. I can only hope this is not theregular standard for this restaurant. Read more
