Food was cold I arrived in the given time frame and they never put enough sauce on the wings. Should've just went to pizza hut.

So today was a great day here at Wingstop. There was a easy mistake that happened where my order was mistakenly made for bone in... when I ordered boneless. And the general manager took care of it with no hesitation. In fact he even threw in some fried Cajuncorn that I've never tried but was amazingly good. He is definitely professional and a great people person. I definitely will beback here to eat as it felt welcoming and my food was made perfect. So whoever is his boss I hope you see this review and noticeyou have a great employee. And also the ladies cooking the food was very apologetic and nice about all of it. Read more

I came in to pick up my online order, I was told it was almost ready. I had to ask for my cups for my drinks I already paid for... then went to fill my drinks only to taste horrible soda, I tried multiple flavors from the soda machine and they were all badthen I wait 15 -20 minutes more before asking if my order is ready...again just to find out it had been ready and they nevercalled my name out to pick it up from the counter on top of that it was missing all my dipping sauces in the bag! Horribleservice and management. Please do something about this. This is not how other Wing Stops operate in any other location I've beento. Read more

Let me start with, I will be calling corporate Monday morning*** So, Friday night I came to pick up my order for the family, and... after asking the cashier if it was ready, she checked and I guess since she didn?t see it, she assumed it wasn?t and just wentback to working. I then asked about how long it would be, and she said 10-15 minutes. (We had ordered over 25 minutes ago, andthey weren?t packed) But cool, I let it go and waited in the car. Luckily for me, I went back in right at the 10 minute mark,and when I came in, a man was there complaining that they gave him the wrong order. They both dug through the bag looking at thefood, and this female literally proceeded to say my name and said this is your order, re-taped it back and handed it to me!Disgusting! Who in their right mind does that! Then the manager took it so lightly! She just went right back to working likenothing happened. I will never trust this place to make another wing for me. Yuck! I ordered a family meal add extra large fries, rolls and asked for my wings to be well done. for dinner My ordered was... delivered. My wings were not done at all. And, when I called the location the manager was no help and kept making excuses. There is no excuse for chicken not cooked. I have complained on social media and even contacted Wingstop corporate. I receiveda $10 giftcard for a meal that cost move than $50.00. This was my second time having a bad experience at this location. 2 out2 and I will not be going back. Read more

I came in with my family to get some dinner I had ordered like I always do in any other wing stop. Soon after I finished... ordering they told me it would take 30 to 50 min with my order. Time passed and the employees seem to be distracted talking to afriend im assuming not paying attention to the orders they had people waiting for them in the front as well maybe if they wouldhave been more worried about the order I wouldn't have received my food cold.My wings looked horrible as if they only placed thechicken & poured the sauce on top (extra extra almost flooding with sauce).The fries tasted overcooked and salty. I wouldn'thave cared if my food was hot but this is unacceptable. They need better working ethics , customer service & clearlytraining.Not even worth paying for. Coming from someone who's worked in fast food before, this is very disappointing.If theykeep that up they will definitely loose customers. Read more
