Only reason I am not giving it a 5 stars is because there was a young blonde who left as I was ordering and she left her crew... empty on a lot of items. She was just chatting in the back with her boyfriend (who was not a subway employee, and if so did nothave his uniform on in the kitchen area). It happens every time! The employee making my sub, leans over it while getting the veggies and gets there shirt, hair, etc on my... sub! Is this a training or common sense issue? Just slide the sub to the side, when reaching for items, rather than reachingover the sub!!! Read more

Worst subway I've ever been to. And I've been to alot. Credit card machine is broken, AC is broken, blah blah blah. They have... an excuse for everything. The latest is you can't dine in or use the bathroom cause the air conditioning is down. What doesthat have to do with restrooms or eating there? Oh it's so they don't have to clean anything! They keep the lights out sopeople think they are closed. That way they don't have to do any work. ...The owner of this subway is a disgrace to franchiseeswho actually care about their restaurants and run them the right way. This is a subway to be avoided. If you want a way bettersub and way better service go to Al's next door. Read more

Ordered online and a whole meal was screwed up. No drink, only had cheese on sub, and cookies were not what I ordered. To top it... off, their phone number is not in service. Cannot call to try to get order fixed since I was 20 minutes away. I filed acomplaint to corporate to see if they can fix their issues. This is not the first time they messed up my online order. This wasthe last straw and I am done giving multiple chances to see if they can fix screw ups. If management or the franchise owner seesthis post, feel free to reply. And if you want my info, I filed a complaint to corporate and the date of incident was2/10/21around 4:45pm as a reference to find my info. Read more

The young man behind the counter was worth saying a word or 2 about. He greeted both me and my friend with genuine positivity.... He really seemed to be happy to be at work. He made friendly conversation and even thanked us multiple times for coming and andspoke to us about how they are trying to get the store back up and running. The store was extremely clean and the line wasorganized and spotless. Glad we stopped here and saw Christian. He's a solid employee at a solid Subway. Read more
