This place is absolutely trash. I've tried this location about 6 times. ONCE did they not mess up. Today I waited 10 for a... system reboot to order. Got my burger with cheese when I ordered without. Got it remade, they give me a single, when a doublewas ordered. Fries were cold and overcooked. Its always something up with this location. At 1045 the start of lunch there shouldbe no issue with fresh, hot food. Read more
Ordered chicken Nuggets, French fries and a chocolate milk .....the Chocolate milk was sour but had a GOOD (12/12/23) date on it... however I called the store and the night Manager made it Right and offered something for my inconvenience but I declined theextra as it was something he would not have known without opening the container. They may as well serve the burgers on slider buns. I don't know if Wendy's recently downsized their patties or the burgers I got... were just so overcooked that they shrunk to the size of sliders but I never had a bad experience with Wendy's until I moved tothis area. The ketchup packets in my bag were all stuck together too. I had to wash my hands to finish my meal. At least thefries are still good. Read more
Waited 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me after the initial "please hold" at the drive through. Another 5 minutes at the... window for my order. Cashier never gave me a price and seemed inconvenienced when I asked. Buns were stale almost hard and thesandwich was cold. Read more
Waited at least 5 minutes for the cashier to come to the counter. Then waited about 20 minutes in the dining room for our food.... Salad, chili fries, a burger, and fries. My salad came without dressing or the pecans. When I asked for them, I may haveaccidentally asked the cashier to solve an advanced calculus problem. When I finally was able to explain I wanted the sides thatcome with the salad, she tried to give me tortilla strips. Then she disappeared into the back for a few minutes before returningwith dressing and pecans. Opened my salad to add the toppings to find rotten apples. I asked the cashier to see a manager aboutthe apples, and she ignored me. Someone else noticed me and got him. The manager was wonderful and made me a fresh salad. Theemployee that made the salads that morning said the refrigerator the salads were in was turned off. I understand being shortstaffed, but this was a bit much. Kudos to the guy on the fryer that tried to help even though it was his second day. Read more
Stopped for a quick bite of lunch during travel. The drive through was wrapped around the building, and the line was out the... door. People were waiting for orders, but people with incorrect orders kept coming in needing their order corrected. I can?tremark on food quality because after three costumers coming in like this in a ten minute span, and the workers looking confusedand overwhelmed, I left. I never moved in line and neither did anyone else (unless it was to leave the restaurant without foodor for a wrong order). Read more
Average Wendy's. Late night visit but the food was fresh and hot. Service was good. If you are towing a trailer or your vehicle... sits low to the ground, the entrance and exit driveways could cause your vehicle to bottom out. Read more
Used to always have a great experience here & anymore I debate even going. Was just there on 11/8/22 & I again received a sweet... tea that tastes mostly likely flat soda.....I have also had several occasions recently where the nuggets are gross/been sittingall day. And on a same occasion 3 of them got thrown out my truck window, they tasted fowl...I am usually an understandingperson, but this is more then once. Read more
