The management here needs to figure out a better system. We have given them so many opportunities to get it right, but it?s... always disappointing. We like to go in to see what?s available and what looks fresh, but they absolutely IGNORE anyone who goesinto the lobby. They had three people working the window and to-go orders, while all of them just ignored the people standing infront of them. They literally wouldn?t even make eye contact with us. We stood in the front of the line for 10 minutes,patiently waiting to be acknowledged, until others in the line started grumbling about how none of their employees had evenacknowledged us. At that point, my husband mentioned that they should shift their focus to the lobby and the response was ?I?mthe only one working the lobby??. However, she wasn?t working the lobby, she was filling online orders, and had been for thepast 10 minutes. We understand that everyone is short-staffed, but this appeared to be poor management and a lack ofprioritization. Ive ate at this location twice and they got my order wrong both times. They tie the bag up so I assume they check to make sure... everything in my order is in it. By the time i get home it?s too late to go back and get the side items they ?forget? to put inthere. The young adults they hire have little attention to detail. Putting four items in a styrofoam box is like rocket scienceto these people. Read more

Panda Express serves excellent Oriental food. My wife and I enjoyed the meal. It tasted great and the proportion they gave us... was plentiful. We will definitely be returning to this location in Enterprise. The staff was polite and professional and weenjoyed the experience of eating here. Read more

This place is great. After the pandemic it seems like most resturant standards went down in every aspect. But this establishment... maintained its good quality,full flavorfull food and great service. I have actually stop going to many establishments but thisis one of the few i still remain a client. Read more

I have debated writing a review, but since this seems to be a continuous problem, I figured I would leave a review to make... others aware before wasting a trip. This location (it's not a corporate problem, it's this location) NEVER seems to haveanything cooked, EVER!!! Especially white rice and orange chicken. I understand the location MAY be understaffed, but even ifyou're under staffed, the employees you do have, need to do their job which includes cooking food. The last 4 times (yes, 4times) my family and I have been here, they have not had either/or orange chicken, white rice cooked for orders. This locationneeds to shut down until they can get the help they need or correct whatever the issue is at this location with never havingwhat the customers want. If I decide to give them anymore chances and they don't have any food cooked or limited food optionagain, I plan to call corporate and see if there can be any changes made at this location! Tasty food at a decent price but the service is well... not so good. They advertise being open at 10:30am but they regularly... aren't ready to open until 11:00 or later. Sometimes they unlock the doors but the food isn't ready and you still have to waituntil 11:00 or so. Other than that the employees are professional and friendly. I just wish they open on time ready to go...as advertised. Read more

waited an additional 15 mins. for my "double" beijing beef plate through the drive through. I am livid, it did move around in... the car but if you'd given me my 10$ worth it wouldn't have looked like that ????????????????. I work in hospitality and amappalled. Never visiting here again. Read more

Delicious as usual! Wish there was more communication in front with girls letting the cooks know when more food is needed.... Luckily one of cooks in the back helped us and tried making sure food was stocked up front. Read more
