Well.. I?ve always loved Panera but I think I won?t be going ever again. The service has gotten pretty bad, and after today I?m... done. My husband and I ordered two salads. Both had pretty bad lettuce. He drove back to get a fresh one for me, because toomuch of my salad was old lettuce. He returns home with this new salad with ?fresh? lettuce and it?s just as bad. The food isn?tcheap, and I?m extremely upset that we?ve wasted our time, money, and gas for this to happen. You guys really need to do better.This is awful. Read more
Had an unpleasant experience today. I was asking about a sandwich and asked about the bread (because I don?t like the thick... bread) and I was told that the sandwich I asked about came with panini bread (perfect) so that?s what I then said I wanted. Iget my food and ask for some extra orange sauce on the side and instead I was given mayonnaise. When I mentioned that it was notwas I was asking for i was told that it was what was on my sandwich, although I asked for the orange sauce. The girl said wellit?s a BLT . I then ask is there more than one BLT on the menu and she doesn?t answer but closes the window in my face. I justbrush it off. They finally bring me some orange sauce and I drive away. As I?m driving I check my bag only to see that I wasgiven the wrong sandwich. So I go back and go inside and tell the young lady that I was given the wrong sandwich and I told herI was supposed to have panini bread (thin bread) she then says ?Well isn?t this the sandwich you told her?? Obviously not if Iturned around and came back I thought to myself. She takes the sandwich and walks to the back and instead of just correcting theissue they huddled up and just talked about it. Then after so long FINALLY remade it?. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! when theyFINALLY start to remake it the manager walked by and asked if I was being helped (at least she was kind). I?ve personally I want to say, that every time my husband and I have been at this Panera everybody has been super nice so kind?i... could go on and on. But, I want to also mention the pride flags! It is so nice and refreshing to see a business in the southstanding as an ally not only with their employees but also those in the community. We ordered two bowls of soup with a grilled cheese and chipotle chicken sandwich through door dash. It was late arriving but... still warm. My daughter opened her sandwich which was the grilled cheese (supposed to be) and NO CHEESE! How do you mess up agrilled cheese. Read more
I typically love Panera bread. Everything from bread to salads, soups and pastries. This time was a disappointment. I ordered... one of my favorites, you pick two: poppy seed chicken salad & Napa almond chicken salad. From the looks of it the salad seemsfine but I promise you most of the lettuce in this salad was inedible due to severe wilting which defeats the purpose of thesalad. That?s half a salad trashed. They ran out of bread for the sandwich which is not an issue but the flavor of the chickensalad was incredibly bland like someone did not season it well. Oh and let?s not forget the cashier that rung us up barelylistened to our order with her ear pod in and kept messing up my one bagel (not pictured) thru the slicer. It came out crookedwhich is okay but it wasn?t toasted like I asked of her. Whatever it was that distracted her that night made a bad impression onthis restaurant tonight. Read more
If you are placing a mobile order, be aware that you have to check it before you leave as they will not issue refunds over the... phone for missing items which is a pain if you live outside of town. I typically order from this Panera multiple times whilevisiting from Nashville, and customer service is on the decline. I?ll be going elsewhere. Read more
