Our waitress, Christa(i think that's how u spell it) was super friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the menu... items and made sure our was correct. It?s a hit or miss. One visit I get good service and fresh food, the next I don?t. I know every time we wait entirely too long... for our orders to arrive. I witnessed chefs/kitchen staff hanging at the back of the store smoking and seriously taking it slowand easy, just hanging and talking to each other, for 20 minutes on a busy Friday night! It was insane. When the cooks/staffwalked back into the restaurant and into the kitchen, they were walking at a snail?s pace. That night we waited 40 minutes forour food. Also their aprons were filthy and their beards/hair were not groomed. I would love this restaurant but it?s a gambleand the food is too expensive to gamble on a cold steak. I wish they had better management that supervised and made employeeshustle instead of watching them talk to each other while customers need refills on their drinks and hot food. Read more
Moriah was our waitress and did a great job. The ribs were smoky and tender. The 6 oz filet was perfectly medium. We started the... meal with the loaded Queso Blanco appetizer and it's addictive. The Chipotle ranch salad dressing is my favorite at Sante Fe. Read more

I must admit I haven't been here for almost a year and let me just say how delicious our food looked and tasted. It took a while... but that was ok. It was worth the wait. The server was super nice and friendly and so helpful. Oh I must recommend this drinkthe Blue Lagoon it was so good. ???????? The pic below is a Southwest Shrimp Po'boy omg so freaking good. We went in after the Christmas parade in Enterprise? the staff was a little caught of guard with the amount of people coming in... but did not let it affect our experience at all. Our hostess was transparent and set the expectations? ?it?s going to be a bitof a wait, our kitchen is a little behind but we?re working through it.? She continued to touch base with us while we waited.Our wait was about 30 minutes but it didn?t feel like it at all because she kept communicating with us. She never complained,and never, not once, looked like she didn?t want to be there. She enjoys her job, and it shows. And then our server, wow!Christa was kind, funny, EXTREMELY attentive, and transparent through the entire stay. Yes, the kitchen was getting their buttskicked, and Christa was honest about it. She never down talked her co-workers. She gave them high praise, while just explainingthe situation. She chatted with us, all while keeping the rolls and drink refills coming. Honestly, I don?t even know how longwe waited because it didn?t feel like it was taking a long time. Long waits happen sometimes? but amazing service like we hadtonight, that doesn?t come along much any more. I don?t live in town, but will make an effort to visit more often, just to go toSanta Fe.
