The fish and chips were awesome. Came with all kinds of dipping sauces. The beer menu is pretty extensive. The jalapeno cheese... curds were pretty good too. You have to get the pretzels with the beer cheese. Read more

Service was good. Food was hit, or miss. If you don't like soggy crab cakes, don't order the crab cake sliders.

Beer selection is decent. Avoid the food. I had the chicken parm. Super bland. The sauce is definitely from a can. And if there... was any seasoning to the chicken, you couldn't taste it over how saturated the breading was with oil. Even if you cut the foodprices in half, you'd still be overpaying. Read more

Worked late and needed to eat at an odd hour....manager literally stopped the kitchen from closing to cook ONE person food. I... will be back for sure. Great food, cold beer, friendly atmosphere! Thanks Matt. You and your staff rock! Read more

White Oak Ale House is a fantastic gastro pub with 50+ taps of draft beer. Additionally, their menu choices offer a great... variety from classic pub-style meals and appetizers to more hearty dinner menu choices and kids menu too! Read more

A bunch of issues here? First - food was good, small portions, but very good - gifted chef! Beer served at great temp. But then... it went downhill? the menu online (web and Google) is out of date. Don?t get your heart set on Fish and Chips or Redfish or?Prices in the restaurant are higher than what?s online too. It was happy hour according to FB and our waitperson. $2 off perdraft. But no one told the waitperson that the hours had changed, so we?re out $8. (Made a special effort arrive in time forhappy hour and order a second beer each before the close at 7pm.) Then none of the desserts we wanted were available. Ithappens. When we got back to our hotel - we discovered the single local beer we paid $7.50 for was $8 for a six pack. So, yes, first world problems, but it was a long day of driving and we discovered lots of gotchas (including the discount we didn?t seefor cash?) We won?t return. Going to try The Craft Bar and Grill next time. Check out their Facebook, seems to be updated withcurrent prices and specials. Read more

My first time at the White Oak Ale House, and I stopped in for brunch. Their menu was limited to the back page, and EVERYTHING... on it sounded delicious. I chose the Stuffed French Toast and I do not regret a thing. The food was amazing and I'll definitelybe back to try their normal cuisine as well. Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, excellent choice. Enjoyed my meal here very much. Beer was superb! Pretzel was just okay. Ordered the bratwurst and the chicken wings. Bratwurst... was good but maybe overpriced. Chicken wings were tasty too. Would go here again. Read more
