Worst service ever, had a foot long and he put one small scoop of meat and spread it, every other sandwich had to scoops for a... foot long. When I complained he said that's the way we do it. NOOO the lazy employee didn't want to get any more meat out sincehe ran out and that was all the meat left in that pan. This is in Enumclaw, washington and I will be complaining to corporate. My husband just drove from Wilkeson seeming as the one in Buckley has been closed the last few days... he orders my sandwich,... pretty simple, turkey, American cheese, olives, pickles, light lettuce, mayo and honey mustard. The employee tells him "sorry Idon't have olives out here" so he says he can wait. She wouldn't open a can of olives for the customer?!!!! We are paying YOUand paying for what we want on our sandwich! You want to keep customers you should probably do simple things as open a can ofolives. That takes less than a minute. Especially if he said he can wait. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Let's see how my sandwicheven looks when he gets home. ???? Read more
Its hit or miss here, they always seem to have new employees, so they're getting trained or something.The old guy with the beard... doesn't work well under pressure, that's for damned sure. If they're busy, they might mess your sandwich up if you aren'tpaying attention. All in all it's a decent place, What can I say, you get what you pay for. It's reasonably cheap. Read more
Service is always good and sandwiches are made correctly. Online ordering is super quick and easy and I suggest ordering that... way if you can. This Subway gets very busy during peak hours. Read more
Both times I have been here has been horrible. The first time I went there the worker seemed high and disengaged. he was... probably stoned. Took 10 minutes to make my sandwich and he was washing his hands every minute. The second time some lady infront of me was trying to use 2 coupons and and got charged extra. the employee threatened to call the manager once sheexplained the problem. Employees did nothing, and just argued with her. While that was happening, one of the employees wasmaking my sandwich and when i asked for "a bit of mayonnaise," she went to town on the mayo.
