We had breakfast one morning, and the fish boil the next evening. Both get five stars. The egg scramble and eggs over medium... were as fresh as I can recall eggs ever being. The hash browns were terrific as well, being baked and grated on site. The fishboil was educational and entertaining, and more importantly, delicious. Imagine serving 120 people a hot dinner in about 10minutes - they have their process down pat. The dinner was more than ample - fish, potatoes, onion, breads, slaw, and cherrypie. Ice cream required a surcharge but is recommended. Very reasonably priced for the quantity and quality. The fish is caughtsame day or the day prior, so it is fresh. The owner is very sweet and knows how to run a busy restaurant even during thesetimes when every restaurant is short on staff. Call ahead for the fish boil - it books up well in advance. Read more

A nice experience from beginning to end. We enjoyed sitting around the fire, listening to the boil master's explanation of the... process while watching him do it. I wasn't sure what to expect from the flavor and found it was delicious. The meal wasincredibly filling. Finishing with cherry pie was nice. We also enjoyed the bay view from our outdoor table during sunset . I'dgo back again. Read more

Sometimes @WiscoMary gets hungry. So I made a quick stop in Ephraim for a bloody and brunch. What a view! Following a passage... from the Bible, Ephraim is a dry city with no hard alcohol so instead they use Saki! Thanks to Tammy and her staff for the greatservice and delicious fare. BTW you must try the Door County cherry pancakes #WiscoMary Read more

Had 5pm reservations and showed up at 4:30 as directed. Check-in was easy. Grabbed a seat by by the fire pit to see the show.... Great information provided by the boilmaster and enjoyed learning the history of Door County and the fish boil. Sat outside fordinner across the street from the water?perfect view. Thought the food portions were generous with the whitefish pieces (beforewarned: even if you ask to have it de-boned you will still find bones). Tip: pour LOTS of melted butter over the fish! Thecoleslaw and the breads were excellent?I think I liked that better than the fish. Ending with cherry pie was perfect. A greatDoor County experience! Read more

Excellent fish boil! I usually only like a fish boil once a year, I could eat this one every day! The white fish was delicious.... And the wait staff removed most of the bones. The whole meal was great. And cherry pie for dessert! The "show" was fun. Nice tohear the history of the fish boil and the boil over is amazing. Read more
