Love soft pretzels theirs are the best...they give polite and friendly service
Terrible customer service. Stopped there to have them hold a pretzel without butter for my wife, while I was shopping. Came back... for the pretzel and they said they were making fresh, so I'd have to wait. Why did I stop prior to shopping? To keep fromwaiting. Disgusted, I left. They said they were sorry but why make fresh when I would have bought what they had. Will neverpatronize another one of these again. I felt completely ignored. Read more
