Ephrata Asian Bistro is a small restaurant in the Giant shopping center that's big on choices and flavors. We had peanut avacado... sushi, coconut chicken and Thai red curry chicken. Portions were fair and everything was really good. The server was veryfriendly and was eager to answer any questions that we had. We will eat here again. This place is unique, and I highly recommend it to anybody! We even got lucky & made friends with thetable beside us for the night. Walked in to a cute, very clean restaurant and was immediately greeted by a very attentive nice lady. My husband and I both... ordered a lunch special with Wonton soup. All food was cooked to perfection and the flavor profiles were delicious. Greatportion size, the vegetables were vibrant in color with a great amount of texture, the proteins were tender and again cookperfectly. Will definitely recommend and visit again. Ephrata finally has sushi and it is GOOD! I love sushi and have been waiting for a place in Ephrata that is high quality, good... service, and has great flavor.
