Penne alla vodka is DISGUSTING and the cheesesteak is like 3 out of 10 the chicken bacon ranch wrap tastes like a 6 year old... made it. All these rave reviews I was thinking exceptional food. Not the case. Got the 13.75 stuffed shells dinner. Little tiny plastic... container with a ton of sauce that didn?t taste right and 4 little (smallest stuffed shells I have ever seen) and barely anymozzarella on top. Not memorable at all. A teeny tiny salad that the little round plastic dressing cup wasn?t even half filledwith dressing. And a half of a roll with hardly any butter or oil whatever it was couldn?t tell. I will never order a dinnerthere again. Also ordered a full Italian with all the different meats. Said it came with this special dressing?where was itdidn?t taste or see it. Hardly any lettuce and a couple pieces of sliced in half small tomato slices. Oh yeah only literallyfound 4? half inch if that pieces of red onion on a whole big sub. Come on people please put the veges on there makes adifference in the taste. And the pizza fries were a complete joke. Not to be rude. Should have ordered regular fries and put myown sauce and cheese on at home. Pizza fries are my absolute favorite. Was excited opened them disappointed. Barely any sauceand less cheese than anything. Very small portion. All in all 42. and change later the food was less than acceptable. I recentlymoved to Ephrata and chose this place because of most of the reviews. I don?t go out to eat really so I do enjoy getting greatpizza shop food. Pasquale?s in Lancaster is still the place to beat. But too far to go now. Sorry I won?t be back. Will try thenext one in the Ephrata area. Really need to work on condiments and quality of pasta dinners and the size or lower the price.And sauce just was missing something. Growing up outside of Philly on the Upscale Jersey side over the bridge. Grew up with themost unbelievable Italian made by actual Italians straight from Italy not Mexico like 99% of pizza shop works. No matter if my family dines in or has delivery , the customer service and food is excellent tasting, excellent presentation,... the service is definitely worth it. The prices are very reasonable. Our daughter ( from out of state) loves their cheesesteaks.We have had cheesesteaks, hoagies, calzones, and Stromboli and each we would highly recommend. Read more

Stay away from this place. They are okay, until confronted about an mistake. When I got cold food today and called, they... treated me as if I was just seeking free food. "Only if you Bring the whole pizza, then Ill make another." Unfortunately, we hadALL 4 taken first bites of slices by the time we realized how cold it was. So here we sit eating cold pizza and I will no longerpatron what was once my favorite place. So, no I do not want a single morsel more of your food even free. I live REALLY closeso I often get asked how they are. I will no longer recommend. When your response to a complaint is deflective andcondescending, it erases years of loyalty. A simple apology for leaving it on the counter too long was impossible for his egoto muster. I didnt want another pizza, I wanted to make sure I didnt get another cold one next time.
