I discovered this through other reviews here. It was nice to try a place we hadn't been before. All things BBQ seemed to be... missing something and was on the dry side. Stopped in on a Saturday evening after two failed attempts at other local places that were packed. Surprised how empty it was.... There's a nice outdoor seating area we passed walking in. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were unaware of how things were setup upon entering and the guy behind the bar was quick to explain the set up which we really appreciated. You can order food fromtwo different places and they bring it to you. I got sushi and my husband got BBQ. The food was very good. We had the BBQ beforeat their main restaurant. The sushi was was great, but the most expensive I ever had. Like double what other places are andhonestly just as good. The drinks were good, nice selection. They even had adult slushies. I think I read they have live musicsometimes and I'd go back for that and the drinks. Read more
This place is within walking distance from my dads house so I decided to check it out. I didn?t realize everything was connected... inside, but it works great. Order drinks from one station, bbq from another and sushi from the next. Everything is set at yourown pace and everyone is really friendly. Food and drinks are really solid. We love walking down to Hillside! I will say it's hands down the best sushi you can get. The drinks are good and the staff are... so nice. Sadly what ruins this is the BBQ place. They have been super rude on multiple occasions, almost annoyed that we want toorder from them. I wish Hillside had a different kid friendly food provider. Read more
This is a very cool, chill place to hang out and have a few drinks and some really good food! All the liquor and beer is from... local providers, so you're helping to support your neighbors. I've only been here twice but both bartenders were superfriendly. They have Brewsters BBQ, I mean come on...that's good stuff! And the sushi, try the Volcano Roll, you won't bedisappointed! Overall, a great little neighborhood place to hang out and have some drinks and good food. Definitely will beback! Read more
The staff was nice & friendly, you have the option of ordering from a bbq or sushi place. We ordered brisket & pulled pork... sandwich. I was slightly disappointed because I was looking forward to enjoying delicious smoked meats. The brisket was a littledry. However, the baked beans were delicious. Read more
Trivia nights are a blast with "Happy Chad". Tsunami sushi was excellent and a great variety of refreshments. Great place!
