We had a very pleasant experience dining in at this kfc. It is under relatively new management and now family run by lovely... people who were friendly, efficient, and served great food. The chicken was hot and crispy, potatoes hot and delicious, andfries tasty and well cooked. They are doing some renovations to the dining room which needs some work but an A for effort ????.I care more about the food and service and those were wonderful. Read more
Went there and went through the drive thru. The sign says for you to say hello when ready to order. Said hello a few times and... decided to leave. On our way out of the parking lot we seen 2 employees doing nothing. One was walking around and the other wassitting and both were looking out the windows at us as we were leaving. No wonder this location is always dead!! THEY DON'T WANTTO WORK. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Read more
Honestly I don't know why the rating is so low here. Hardly anyone in the store so my visit was super quick. It's clean and... everyone there was so nice! My food is delicious and I can tell there's just a little extra :) Thank you for the niceexperience. Read more
I ordered three famous bowls, a large popcorn chicken and a large mac and cheese to be delivered through DoorDash. One of the... famous bowls was requested with no corn. All three of the bowls had no gravy. However there was a surplus of BBQ sauce andwet-naps that weren't ordered or requested. I tried to tell my kids "you get what you get and you don't make a fit" but afterspending over $45.00 I think we deserved gravy. Read more
Ordered on app and when I arrived to pick up order I waited for over 30mins while they serviced 6 cars in front of me. When I... arrived at the window they did not even have record of my order and tried to make me reorder and pay again. In all I waited45mins for a chicken wing comb. I can hardly believe there service can be this slow and still operating a business. Read more
We do not eat here often, only when our children beg for it, but when we do we plan on lots of time. Whether we're the only car... at the drive up like this visit or several cars in line, you wait a long time for service. (My husband took a little nap whilewaiting for someone to take our order) ???? I will say we were pleasantly surprised by the politeness we encountered this visitas we had never experienced that before and we always appreciate kindness!!! With that said, they forgot a small part of ourorder, not worth going back for and yes, I should have checked before leaving. I also have to add how expensive it is - in myopinion. Our total came to $47 something for a 16 piece chicken tender meal. That had 4 sides, no drinks. The mashed potatoestaste like instant. The chicken and coleslaw were good. Great food, ok service, expensive for what you get. I ordered online in order to save time and the hassle of trying to decide at... the drive thru. Online ordering was straight forward and easy. I paid on line, was given an estimated time it would be ready,and told i could pick it up at the KFC. It was not clear if there was a separate pickup window, if I went to the drive thru, orif I could go inside. It would have been nice to know. There was no signs at the restaurant, but the door was open to a pickuparea. As a note, still no inside dining. They were really busy, so service was slow. They could have been more clear aboutthings, or more friendly, but it was busy, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Chicken tenders were great. Sides wereok. Fries were pretty cold and the did not even fill up the box the the rim (see picture). Honestly, that is the amount offries we got (minus three i ate while unpacking). I do find that for what you get, their prices are high compared to other fastfood. The chicken is rather good, but boy do you pay a premium for it. I'll probably be back again, but it'll be a while. The service was great but the food is horrible. I went here and got a 12 piece bucket and one of the pieces looked half eaten.... You are better off going to the Burger King down the street. Read more
