We ordered a 20pc nugget and a large fry. Waited around the other side of the building for 10-15 minutes before they came out... with not just our food but everyone else?s behind us which, if you ask me, is dumb. I tried a fry of course before we pulledaway and checked for sauces because they like to ?forget? them and food was barely warm but we didn?t want to wait any longer sowe just dealt with the warm food. Probably had they brought it out when it was ready instead of waiting for all 5 cars in linebehind us, it would have been hot. BUT THEN we got home and our 20pc nugget only had 14 in there. Tried to call but no oneanswered, naturally. This place is trash, we haven?t had a good experience here probably since before the old one caught onfire. 10000/10 don?t recommend. Read more
I used to love McDonald?s. It was until this location completely ended it for me. I had the chicken nuggets and fries and ended... up with food poisoning for days. It was the most pain I?ve felt in a while. The line and wait is always long here too. There areplenty of better options out there, don?t waste the money or risk getting sick. Read more
It was horrible!! Went in to order food to go since drive thru was backed up. Waited 20 mins to get a deluxe qtr with cheese and... a chicken nugget happy meal.. when we finally got our food..the fries were cold and my deluxe qtr with cheese ended up being aplain qtr pound with extra pickles... nothing else! Back to 1 star ~ now they can't even open the doors before 7:30am for some reason it seems like every time I come to this... McDonald's there's some type of issue during the day service morning service is great day service I'm taking my businesselsewhere all together! Update only due to the excellent service in the morning has my rating changed from 1 star! ~ Theafternoon "worker" at the drive thru was more interested in chatting with the person behind me and sent me to the other side ofthe store to sit for almost 10m while the car behind me stayed at the window, I ordered 1 mcdouble and it equated out to a 10minwait...when I got this thing in the bag it was half wrapped and ketchup was sloppy leaking out of it go figure... Has gotten alot better lately. Used to get sloppily made sandwiches without onions and mustard, but now they're great. I'm... guessing they hired some new people. As for speed idk about drive throughs since I walk there, but inside isn't that bad (but itdoes get backed up alot with grubhub people some hours). The employees seem very nice, the ones in the back are always very busythough. Probably still short staffed. Read more
It is the slowest worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Lazy customer service. Barley anyone in the drive through line sending... all the 4 cars around the building to wait. For a sprite and a value menu sandwich over 10min wait. Keep in mind this is whenthey are not busy. Been like this for years here I should know better then to stop here. Read more
I should've started this while waiting for my food because I would've had time to write a full outline, rough draft, and final... draft. I waited a long time before even starting my order, and finally was able to order four small frozen Cokes. When I got tothe food window, they asked if I had ordered the frozen Cokes. I said yes, and they responded by saying that the Cokes weren'tready yet or something and asked if we wanted blue raspberry or cherry. We got two of each, and he asked us to pull around tothe drive through pickup on the other side of the building. After waiting some more, we finally got our four small slushies. Thewhole ordeal took about 20 minutes. McDonald's should not be paying their employees $15/hr., instead, they should put that moneyinto some good employee training. Read more
Welcome to the slowest fast food in town. I ordered a big Mac and some fries, then was told to park on the other side of the... building, where I waited more than 10 minutes for my small order that they should have been able to give me at the window...? Atleast the food was hot when I got it. Bonus points for the hair found in my fries. Read more
