Drive through French fries were cold, no carrier for 4 sundaes, lids came off when handed to me, caramel melted the ice cream. I... had caramel and ice cream all over my hands and my seats, l had a small container and put them in that and set them on thefloor. I felt like throwing them right threw the window back at them. I didn't. When I got home l put them in the freezer tillwe ate our cold fries and luke warm fish sandwichs. We started to eat our sundaes and they tasted bad. So we threw them away. I've had better looking fast food at other McDonald's. I don't like being put into a queue to the side from the drive-thru when... there's nobody in front nor in back of me in line. Just felt disrespected as a paying customer. This happens a little too oftenat this McDonald's. Getting too comfortable with just getting pushed to the side. Read more

They are still serving the french fries that are not quality/fresh anymore! Fries is stale, if there?s a long line in drive thru... it should be freshly cook!! I didn?t enjoy it!! And the burger is cold!!! They should have quality of food like wendy?s!???????? Read more
Breakfast time on a Sunday morning was not the best experience. Temperature outside was in the mid 60s, and it was very warm... inside. They should have the A/C on for the comfort of the customers. Rainy day, and the floor was extremely slippery. Someonemust have cleaned it wrong. The food was not super hot or tasty. One item was made wrong and had to go up to the counter to fix.It was crowded and noisy inside with kids running around. Just not a good experience. Read more
Did curbside pick up, sat for 30 minutes and at the 20 minute mark i got a notification saying thank you for your order please... visit again. The length of time it took to get curbside was ridiculous i wouldve been better off going through the drive-thru Read more
I have never had a bad experience with this McDonald's. Everyone is always very nice and wonderful to talk with! Food is always... fresh and made correctly. This mcd is a gem compared to many others I've been to over the years. Keep up the awesome job guys!!!Ya'll rock! Read more
Great service. Consistent and the food is hot. They do a good job. I get my Mcmuffins in the morning and its always hot and... prepared right no short cuts. Its refreshing to have a Mcdonalds that cares. The drive thru girls are great and proffesional. Read more
