Incorrect order AND liars! I had ordered a pizza with pepperoni and bacon and it came plain. So I called the local store and... complained. They offered me a $10 credit to make it right and said it would be associated with my phone number. Well, when Icalled back to use my $10 credit, for some reason they could not find it. Odd thing is, I would have been upset, but not thatupset if they had simply said sorry and offered no credit. But to offer the credit and then "loose" it really ticks me off. Itis one thing to make a mistake making a pizza. It happens, I'll get over it. But to LIE to me? That's just WRONG! I guessit'll be Papa John's for me from now on. At least they are HONEST. Read more

Me and my wife got some pizza and wings from here and everything tasted great. The employee that was working there was very nice... and professional. However I took a star off because this place was not clean, it was disgusting. The men's bathroom had both theurinal and toilet filled with pee and paper and it smelled terrible. There were no towels to dry your hands off after washing.My wife said the ladies bathroom was the same way, very gross. This place was completely empty and this was around 11:30, lunchtime. My order was an hour late and not even warm. I ordered online at 5:15 with a 6:30 delivery time, when I ordered everything... seemed fine with the confirmation text. But at 6:45 (15 minutes after I was supposed to receive my order) I get another textthat it will be delivered by a door dash driver at 7:15, and then it changed to 7:25. I also requested no contact deliverybecause of my dogs and the delivery driver knocked and waited for me to come out bc her note said to hand the pizza to us. Foodwas barely like warm and the two orders of boneless wings we got were completely different amounts. (Picture before we ateanything) We will not be ordering from here again. Read more
My family and I drove 30 minutes due to all Pizza Hut being closed to find out that this one doesn't have dine in and it's walk... in and curbside pick up just thought someone should update the website so we can save people time from driving far to runninginto this situation. Service is usually good.. food.. not always the case. They didn?t cover my pizzas. Like there?s just dough and i got food here... because of the rush I was in and it was easy. So I didn?t take it back.. the spots on the pizza that are just bare are so hardtoo Smh Read more
I think this location may be dying which is sad because it was a great location at one time. I wen't for the buffet recently and... it has seriously declined they only have one serving table anymore so the options are slim and i can no longer recommend it. Ialso noticed there no longer delivering whats up with that? I hope this one don't end up like the one in Wyomissing. Read more
Pizza was good but they don't have table service you order and they bring to your table person brought our pizza just threw on... table and left said do have plates and she just kept on walking away terrible customer service Read more
