I'm sorry but after frequenting here for well over 10 years for breakfast in the morning I'm done. The normal people behind the... counter in the morning just don't follow the directions you specify for your order. Numerous times after specifying only a"Little bit of Butter" on my bagels do I receive not a bagel with butter, but a ton of butter with a little bit of bagel if youknow what I mean. 1/4"+ of butter on a single bagel is just disgusting and not at all what I order, you go in to try and getthe issue fixed but they just look past you with a thousand yard Stare and just completely ignore you. If you place a food order for in person pick up, that is composed of multiple items(including specialty drinks), and they don't... have what they need to make one of the items, then they won't make any of the order at all. They will void the order, and youwill show up to pick up nothing. The store manager will basically tell you oh well, sorry, that's what we do. Read more
