I'm sorry but after frequenting here for well over 10 years for breakfast in the morning I'm done. The normal people behind the... counter in the morning just don't follow the directions you specify for your order. Numerous times after specifying only a"Little bit of Butter" on my bagels do I receive not a bagel with butter, but a ton of butter with a little bit of bagel if youknow what I mean. 1/4"+ of butter on a single bagel is just disgusting and not at all what I order, you go in to try and getthe issue fixed but they just look past you with a thousand yard Stare and just completely ignore you. I love wawa! There food is always fresh and good! I never have to wait long go get my food order!
If you place a food order for in person pick up, that is composed of multiple items(including specialty drinks), and they don't... have what they need to make one of the items, then they won't make any of the order at all. They will void the order, and youwill show up to pick up nothing. The store manager will basically tell you oh well, sorry, that's what we do. Read more
Ordered a egg burrito with hash brown When I took a bite the hash brown was still frozen(never had that happen before)
Their customer service was very bad today.I purchase the same thing almost everyday and yesterday I bought a sandwich and paid... extra for avocado spread but there was tomatoes on it when I asked for none and there was no avocado spread. So I come backtoday and was honest to the cashier about that and she doesn?t believe me nor does Christine the manager at the time.so theymade me pay extra for the avocado spread AGAIN today. Christine said ?we cannot give away free product? I understand that but Iwas being honest and they charged me for something they never gave me,then proceeded to not believe me.Overall terrible servicetoday. Read more
During the day it can get pretty busy in the parking lot and gas stations. At night the gas station lighting is very well lit.... Not many cars or people. You feel safe. Local cops frequent here for patrol or quick stop for donuts. Overall nice people workhere and I haven't had any issues over the years. MTO order quickness is a mixed bag at times. Besides, this place has lots ofshoppers during the daytimes. Deserves a 5 star review. Read more
Wawa is awesome! This is my local one. The remodel made the best better. Good work. The staff are friendly and quick. Every... time I have ordered something they got it right. They added more drink options and food items since the remodel. The store isbright and welcoming. The new floor plan lay out is more open with less congestion around the made to order counter. The onlycomplaint about Wawa is that they are not all over the country! Haha Read more
I bought $400 in gift cards that they activated incorrectly. I gave them out. I was told there is nothing that can be done... because I also gave out the receipts which people lost. So this wawa has $400 of my money and I have the embarrassment ofgifting bad gift cards. Read more
