Tried this place a few years ago for the last time. Food was just not good. Decided to go back again today after a long time as... it was on the way home. Simple order, one plain hamburger, one cheeseburger, one small fry. Get home and what do you know, 2cheeseburgers and one fry...no plain hamburger which my kid eats. Take the cheese off? Try getting cheese and ketchup andmustard and pickles off. No can do. Just so simple. And going all the way back for one burger simply wasn't practical. I justdon't get how when you ask for a plain hamburger you get a cheeseburger. Is it the food order entry? The cook just ignoring theproper instructions? It's not like this was some crazy order. One. I was refused two delivery orders at midnight when the store closes at 1am. After leaving the store, I noticed the next person... in the drive thru received food. My suspicion is that this store will refuse to serve any delivery person when the pay is highand it is not one of their buddies picking it up. I lost out on $25. Thank you so much Read more
It's an OK place. Not a fast food fan, stop by for my kids every once in a while as a treat. This time was a frosty and fries... cuz you know, salty and sweet, yum! It doesn't seem to matter if there's a line or not, you wait. Because I don't eat the foodI'm going off the service. When I pull up to the window and the employee literally says nothing, I find that rude. Like you'reworking a fast food restaurant, pretty sure you know you're going to encounter people. This is hands-down the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Their service is so incredibly slow! I've waited 20+ minutes in the... drive-through line at times, and for small orders at that. They also lock the doors at odd times, so you never know if the lobbywill be open for dine-in or not. If this place was just managed well, it might be ok, but I don't have high hopes for thathappening anytime soon. Long story short, don't try to get food here unless you have at least a half-hour to burn. Read more
One of the better Wendy's in the area. It's close to my home so when I get home late I swing by here rather than the other fast... food places. The burgers are consistently good. Fries too. And I even like their chili. I haven't been inside in 2 years so Ihave no idea about inside service. But I have never had a problem with the drive thru other than the long lines. Wow! I am embarrassed this fast food restaurant is even open for business in Ephrata. The service is as bad as the filth in the... dining area. Total disgust. Don?t go unless you have an hour to wait for ?fast? food and don?t mind sitting in a dining roomthat hasn?t been cleaned in years. And the manager? Besides not helping her ?trainee? as he struggled to keep up, she neveroffered an apology and left when the shift change came in. Even while we waited for our order. Definitely never returning. Normally I think this Wendy?s location sucks but I went tonight around 10:30pm. A man named Dennis took me and my husbands order... and he was fantastic, he is an older gentleman and he was so nice and very very funny, made our short trip to Wendy?s veryenjoyable, this man WANTS to be in customer service and you can tell that he really cares for his customers and enjoys his job.I can?t even express how great he was, he definitely needs to be noticed by corporate because he is now the reason I will goback to this location. Dennis is the best and I hope everyone gets the chance to interact with him. My 5 stars is 100% forDennis. Read more
The sandwich I had was amazing. Food was warm. Of I'd have gone through the drive through it would probably have been a great... experience. But the inside was dirty flies were everywhere. I don't want to sound like a germ freak but the place really couldhave used a good cleaning.
