Stopped for lunch and it was busy. The food was good and hot, the portions adequate and the service was okay. The price is... reasonable for what we received. They were busy so it is understandable that the crew might have been a little overwhelmed. Butit was overall worth the stop. Read more
The last two times I have went here I?ve been very disappointed. One time I ordered a hot grinder &It had a tiny bit of Turkey a... heaping pile of Mayo and shredded lettuce smashed and thrown in the paper. Then two days ago ordered a Turkey wrap & for 9dollars I got Turkey lettuce and Mayo? wouldn?t hurt to put some cheese , tomato, onion?? Seems like high prices and lack ofeffort! We walk in to get hard ice cream, there is 6 people behind the counter. One girl working, taking out the garbage. One red head... boy walking around shaking his long hair and drinking a soda. Two or three girls with headsets and another girl ALL avoidinglooking at us. 3 minutes later one girl begrudgingly comes over to take our order. As soon as I said a double dip waffle coneshe lets out a huge sigh and rolls hers eyes! WOW. Not one single person acknowledged us or said hi, be right with you oranything. No cars in the drive up and 2 tables inside. 2 stars for the ice cream and a big fat 0 for your employees! Read more

Brought my mother in for banana splits and neither one had bananas in them.. A few weeks ago. Then Friday brought my mother in... again her banana split was fine I ordered a hot fudge Sunday which was made upside down with the hot fudge on the bottom and theice cream on top, needless to say the hot fudge was cold. The personalities of those kids working in there are absolutelywonderful. But someone needs to give them a little direction. Read more
DK's has been Ephrata's fast food hangout long before the chains arrived. The fact that it has survived is a testament to their... continual innovation and competitiveness. Their menu has a wider variety. As for deserts, who can top them? The parking areaoutside also accommodates families on vacation. There is room for that boat trailer. Read more
The Cherry Shake was the best part. They have a fresh raspberry Shake that was unfortunately sold out. I'll have to come back to... try that. The fries where good well the burger was okay. Overall with the great customer service it was a nice experience. Read more
