I have to say i was unimpressed with the hustle of the people in this McDonald's. I ordered on the app when I got to the store.... Both lines were filled to the brim so I went inside. I don't think I've ever been inside this McDonald's before but let me tellyou... outside of people lumbering around not really giving a flying anything to the massive rush they had going on, the lobbyhad 6 or 7 people in it with clear looks of frustration and patience wearing thin. One of the cooks at one point was leaningagainst a counter eating while cooking and I heard multiple references to inappropriate material within earshot or the crowd intheir lobby. Waited about 30 minutes which is surprising that's all I waited given the lack of urgency that every staff membershowed. The only saving grace that I did not give this a one star review was the gentleman running orders as fast as he couldout to the lobby people. Every customer he apologized to emphatically and probably deserves a raise and a half for his attemptsto be the only staff member to show initiative. Good on you buddy. Read more

they were extremely rude and said ?want me to smack that bitch? about my grandma when she went up to grab her food, was talking... terrible about costumers and was arguing back and forth between costumers for being rude, terrible workers. Read more
We were the only car in the drive thru and they didn't even come close to finishing our VERY small order. Managers have no more... common sense than the useless employees. THIRD time it's been over 20 min waiting for food. Read more
Horrible service? fast food? Yeah right! What a joke. 10 whole minutes to just get large fries from the time I entered drive... through to the time I drive off and I was the only car there? even placed the order on the app before? counted 6 employees thatI could see in lobby and of which only 2 guys doing something, the guy at drive thru and a guy wiping counters down. They continually give you a small fry worth of fries in a large container. I showed the cashier window a video I took of how low... it was the next time I went in, and she said, "Oh yeah, they do that up there all the time." Like it was just something I wassupposed to accept because it's their "normal". I showed the video to the person in the 2nd window and she made sure I had areal large fry. I feel like I'm going to have to request this at every visit. Read more

Stop at this particular McDonald's once a year. I stop here because I'm pulling a trailer and they have parking that... accommodates that. Read more
