First time to the new location! I was super excited to see the new place. Sad I didn't get my drink points ????
Inexperienced staff, rude, severely understaffed and constantly closed, always someone behind the counter refusing to make your... drink, came here 4 times in the past year was served only once by the sweetest barista, don't remember her name but she had ahearing aid, extremely polite, quick service, amazing personality, gave her a fat tip she deserves a raise, every one elsehowever is just completely incompetent. I suggest going to the actual Starbucks less than a minute down the street. Read more
The worst place to get coffee. I can?t wait for the new Starbucks to come to Ephrata. The employees are super nice but whoever... is the manager, needs to be fired. They don?t educate their employees how to make drinks. They run out of everything like straws and even one time white chocolate. I?ve waited almost 20min for a coffee because they only have one barista working during rushhour in the morning. This has been going on for years so if I could give it zero stars I would. I suggest that Safeway justcloses their shop when the new Starbucks is open. Read more
they didn?t have anything we ordered. I asked for their cold turkey sandwich and got a hot bacon and egg breakfast muffin. Was traveling through. Stopped to get???????? coffee. Ordered my drink and the gal told me I can grab my drink at the end. I... said okay and looked down quick to finish my text to my husband ( mind you no one behind me in line) she barks at me and saysmama I said. You can get your drink at the end. Read more

Very typical Starbucks in Safeway's, this one is nice because the lines are usually short and the service for the most part is... quick. It only time I've ever had to wait much as when there is only one person working. Coffee is always up to Starbucksstandards. Read more
