RAW CHICKEN. this is the worst subway i have ever been to, the workers there seemed lazy and unconcerned when i brought up two... prices of raw chicken up. One of the older workers there said it might not be chicken and it might be ?dark meat? and that?perhaps it got mixed up with the white meats? during packaging? not only that but the person making the sub was very clueless.the chicken was raw right in the middle, in one piece the pink of the chicken was on the side. not only that but my ?toasted?sub had no crunch and was very chewy in the middle! this experience was horrible! awful costumer service! If I can give zero stars to the staff alone I would and zero stars for the customer service I would zero everything for this... place as I was the only one in the restaurant and the two employees continue to look at me and not take my order I asked them ifthey would take my order and they said yes and stared at me and proceeded to not take my order if you want customer service Isuggest not going to this one Read more

I have a mixed experience with the Ephrata Subway Restaurant. Staff here is very friendly and helpfully but there is usually a... wait when only one employee is tending the counter. The prices, in my opinion, are not what I would expect from fast food butfor a healthy and fresh meal option at a restaurant, it is more expected. Occasionally the meat is space on some items but inall, the sandwiches are well made and taste great. The restaurant is clean and has a casual atmosphere with two types of tablesand a view of the street on three sides. The restaurant is centrally located on Basin street (the main road through Ephrata) andhas an easily accessible parking lot for any size vehicle. In all, my experience at the Ephrata Subway has been adequate and Iwill continue to patronized this restaurant. Read more
For what they charge for sandwich I could go. To nice sit down restaurant. If im paying 12+ for a sandwich it shoukd be loaef... with meat but no thsta $2 extrs . If I wsnt olives n onions I woud like to taste them not 4 olives n 3 onions.. I stop eatingthere and won't . Read more
The sandwhich artist was so sweet and polite. She did a great job making my sandwich just how I wanted it.
Took about 20 mins to get our food, being the only customers there and she had nothing on hand. My salad was so bare. Kinda... disappointed being a former employee. Read more
What a let down. They act like you are ruining their day by buying a sandwich. Frankly its easier and you know it will be fixed... right to buy deli meat and fixings from Safeway or Walmart....and its cheeper! Read more
