Food was mid and service was aight but i swear i saw a lizard man in the bathroom and when i confronted him with my 12 gauge... that i keep in my left boot he quickly offered to suck me off and a large fry to which i obliged. I think we had the manager as a server but she was phenomenal! Made us laugh and was on top of everything. There was another... waitress who I believe was her first day she just seemed overwhelmed but very nice! The hostess was very laid back and not acare in the world. I have visited with my family off and on over the years and I have never had a bad experience. I had the Swiss Mushroom ????... Burger ???? with fries and I ordered Honey ???? BBQ Chicken Wings. My family who were with me also ordered burgers to takeadvantage of the $1 for five boneless chicken wings when you order a burger ????. All of us enjoyed our dinner ?????. Fordessert, I had the Brownie Bite with vanilla ice-cream while another family member had a small sundae. That hit the spot! Ourserver was wonderful! We were well taken care of! Good was overpriced. The mozzarella sticks were obviously frozen since they still were cold in the middle... They also had no... flavor. Or service was beyond bad. The young man who was serving... Or not serving us .. Actually said to us"are you leavingnow?" The restaurant was not busy... It was just a case of our treating, poor management and any lack of caring. Great sit down dining experience, TERRIBLE take out experience. Always comes out perfect when ordered sitting down with the... menu inside with a waiter, but when it comes to takeout they tend to not finish cooking things properly Steaks being extra rarewhen asked for medium rare A single strip of raw chicken breaded and flash fried Mashed Potatoes that aren't fullymashed Pickup usually tends to be forgotten by waitstaff and by the time food is brought out it's cold and has to be reheated,and for that and the prior reasons it is not worth doing Curbside to go at this location, still a wonderful experience insidewith very attentive waitstaff, just don't expect the same great service for pickup even if you tip well in advance. I usually have very good experiences here, they tend to be understaffed, which does increase the wait times a bit, but overall... it?s not too big of a deal, as the waitresses are all very nice. My problem comes with the fact that I ordered loaded wafflefries with no bacon, as I can not eat pork, and I was brought out a room temperature plate of waffle fries with the large piecesof bacon taken off, but there were still many small pieces on it, and I didn?t realize until I had already eaten 2 waffle fries.I called over a server who replaced it for me, but I am disgusted that they tried to get out of following my dietaryrestrictions by giving me a seemingly old plate with toppings poorly picked off. I will no longer be ordering an item where Ihave to ask for bacon off, and am hesitant to go back period because of this bad experience. Once again, the waitresses are allreally nice, and my server had written everything down, including my dietary restriction, so I don?t blame her. We had a rather large party for my step fathers birthday. Sierra was our server. Pretty amazing service and food was alright.
