I like what they call a frozen drink, coffee, tea, or lemonade. By accident we stopped at an Aroma Joe's, which was a good stop... it turned out. I tried a green tea with lemon, or the drink can be made with lemonade and green tea, best frozen drink I've hadin a long time. Of course I'm hooked, so I stop their on my way home. The staff is friendly, service is good with the limitedstaff they have, and I haven't had a complaint with the drink. Read more

on October 11th, 2022, at around 7:20 PM I drove through the drive-thru to order a meal for my family and myself. (MANAGEMENT... PLEASE READ) We were greeted poorly with eye rolls and sighs as we were looking through the menu with no lighting. we used ourflashlight on our phone to see the menu. We ordered our food and after paying for our order the cashier with blonde hair said,"It's going to take a while since we close in an hour and have one oven on." followed by slamming the window. we drive up tothe second window and I'm astonished by the poor service by the childish employee. we then hear her complain out loud to herblonde-haired co-worker "Three hash browns an hour before closing! ugh!" they were playing music very loudly. We ordered oneham and Swiss on a croissant, two iced coffees, three hash browns, and a wrap. I will not come back to spend my money at AromaJoe's anymore after this experience. We came to this establishment to try something new other than our usual dunks andStarbucks. However, after last night's experience I will be going to spend my money at Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. there is aStarbucks and dunks down the road within 1 mile of this establishment. Why would I come back and spend my money here after thatpoor service when you have two competitors down the street and with better service? I hope management takes this reviewseriously and takes action towards the poor customer service provided by the worker that night. She adds poor value to thisestablishment and will cost you more than what she will produce. She will drive off any future customers and regular customersfrom coming back to consume at this establishment. Due to that employee's poor customer service skills and choosing to beunprofessional you will lose out on the networking of recommending people to consume here which is free advertising andpromotion. Coffee was fine and the food was as well but the baristas were snarky and looked annoyed when I asked questions. Makes me not... want to go back. Would look for a different coffee place that has more mature workers. Read more

It?s funny how when you google this location there is an ad for door dash making it super convenient for having your order... delivered to you. Don?t do it! This Aroma Joe?s will put your order dead last and leave your status on ?preparing your order?for an hour or more. They don?t care that by not at least processing the order, you will still have to wait for door dash tofind a driver, have the driver drive to the location from wherever they are, and wait in the LONG line to pick up your order.Waiting sometimes over 2 hours for a coffee and sandwich? Ridiculous! I finally called them after this happening daily and wasbasically told ?they?re busy and don?t have time to get to it.? I tried to ask them to at least process my current order becauseit will still take at least another hour for the rest of the door dasher?s process and she still said ?they were too busy.?Okay.. well if you?re too busy for my business then you just lost a daily customer. Just left after standing at the order window for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged by the chick at the order window.... Clearly they are having computer issues with their system, which is completely fine and understandable. But not even beingACKNOWLEDGED while we?re standing there starring at them less than two feet away from us for 10 minutes? Completelyunprofessional and unacceptable. Good coffee. Terrible service. Was moderately busy when I arrived. Friendly and quick service. Why does Google maps say take out not available since this is... the type of business it does? Anywho, I had a coffee ? and glazed doughnut. Coffee ? wasn't strong, which was good for me.Doughnut wasn't greasy like Dunkin's. They forgot to offer me a napkin. I forgot to ask. There you go.
