? skyla? or whatever it?s name is. Needs to be fired. It has been need to me everytime. I?ve been ignoring it but tonight was... the last straw. I want in at 7:30 and they closed at 10 and there over was off. I told her it was kinda weird the oven was offwhen they close at 10. She said ? it?s kinda weird that you complain all the time?. These people consistently forget to sweeten my latte. I order an iced latte with liquid cane sugar & toasted almond flavoring,... and they never put it or the flavoring. It?s been like 5 times this has happened lol. It?s annoying because the dunks near me isclosed for renovations, so this is my only other option that?s relatively close Read more

I will never cheat on Starbucks again. I go here on my way to work if the Starbucks line is too long. There was no wait this... morning, so I went through the drive thru for a coffee. The gentleman at the speaker was great, when I asked for extra oatmilkin my coffee, a woman's voice came through the speaker and said "we can do that, but it'll cost extra". I expected to pay more-no worries. When I got to the counter, the woman was very dry. Told me my total, gave me my drink, no other words came out ofher mouth. Now, I can understand if this woman had a bad day, or was off- but she is like this EVERY TIME. I said "thank you!have a good day" and she shut the window, no response. I drive about a mile down the road, take 2 sips from my coffee, and acurly hair comes up with my next sip. Absolutely disgusting. Read more

Good service but they forgot my doughnut. Quickly corrected since I went inside. New person behind counter. Very busy, both... counter and drive thru! Seemed organized behind counter. Pumpkin doughnut was good. Update: Saturday/Sunday, 2020; Still busy,very busy inside and out. Associate charged me for the wrong order and I overpaid for a medium coffee ? and doughnut. Didn'tcatch the mistake right away, especially since I wasn't given a receipt. I went back the next day, and with my bank statement onmy phone ????, I was actually given a bit more back in cash for a refund of the overcharge. They were very busy trying to keepup with demand and I don't think the manager had time to correct the amount since she had already entered it into the register.I wasn't hassled about the refund.
