McDonald?s Fast food is not really fast or food. I waited in line for 30 minutes. Nuggets are stale and barely warm. And when I... ask for EXTRA ranch. I mean EXTRA RANCH. Not the normal 2, extra means 3. Learn how to count Edit: I went tonight 11-18-22 andit was much better. Food tasted fresh and they gave me 4 ranch which was perfect. We came right as the lunch menu opened. I asked if my son could have a cookie instead of fries with his happy meal, but they... said they couldn't make that substitution. The woman taking my order gave my son a cookie for free. It was really sweet of her!Made a 2 year old's morning. Read more
Efficient drive thru with two ordering kiosks. Food okay. Like the fries. Inside relatively clean. Customers can be rough on... place. Outside tables available. Update: Sunday morning ????, September 2021; I had an offer for $1 coffee ? through the app soI was in the area and stopped by and ordered an apple ???? fritter to wash down ???? the coffee ? and read my paper. The coffee? I like, the fritter was, well, McDonald's.Dine in available. TV inside. Bathroom was in decent shape. Pretty disappointed that this happened. Frequent this McD's way more than I should, basically I'm a regular, but never caught... them doing this before. They peeled the old stickers off the pies and placed updated labels on the boxes. You can see oldsticker residue on both boxes and remnants of a sticker on one. The labels in the picture claim the pies are good until 1:50,no way, I took the picture at 12:50 and ate what I could of them earlier than that. They were well past their prime, dry as canbe, basically terrible, I'd bet these pies timed out at 11:50. I should have taken them back, yet, they shouldn't have evenbeen served. Someone deliberately falsified their status. Heard from one of the workers they were getting inspected today,guess changing freshness labels is a tactic to get past the inspector since they likely don't actually eat/test the product. Wouldn't order pies from this locale again, stick to the basics and they typically do pretty well. Read more
A very, very long wait to get our order and then we didn't get any straws. Plus they added mayonnaise to the Mc Spicy chicken... sandwich. First McDonald's in a 20 mile radius that put mayonnaise on the sandwich so we didn't know to request no mayonnaise. Read more
LOBBY CLOSED - Horrible experience, went from bad to worse! A weekend ago we visited this restaurant and the lobby service was... terrible, or more accurately didn't exist. We had ordered ahead with the mobile app but waited about 20 minutes to get ourfood, after we arrived. Many upset customers were also standing around waiting with similar complaints; long wait time, mixedup orders and missing items. When we finally sat down with no tray and everything bagged to go, even though it was ordered'dine in', I found there was no salt. I looked around in the self-help area and none to be found anywhere! I could not evenfind the napkins. At least we didn't take it to go as one older gentleman explained to me, also waiting, said "many times hegets all the way home and finds he's missing something." Fortunately he said he doesn't live far and comes back. Now thatservice was bad but it just got worse. We returned this weekend and had ordered just as before. There were a lot of cars linedup in the dive through lanes and I was glad we choose to pick up and eat in the lobby especially as it was so hot out! Afterparking we found the lobby doors locked so they closed the lobby completely!! So now there is no option at this location to eatin or use the restaurant facility. There is no way to wash your hands or use a bathroom. Everything is drive through and to goeven though the mobile app allows a lobby and dine in selection. You would be better off going to Burger King, they have theirlobby open. Read more
