I feel so bad for these workers. They run out of everything, get overwhelmed by multiple orders. I don?t think they have enough... support from management. They all look very sad I hope that Starbucks cares about their employees enough to improve. Read more

Got a pound of cinnamon on my cold foam is was still good but I did the cinnamon challenge with every sip.
Can I make a suggestion? No offense to some of the workers who I know there but some people are deaf and cannot hear on the... speaker and you?re not giving the option to order ahead or go inside that?s not acceptable on any level! Other than this theservice is good but this needs to be adjusted cause it?s not fair for citizens who have this disability. Read more

Went there the last six times and always give them benefit that they won?t mess up coffee.. but I?m always wrong.. same order... every time two Carmel ice macchiato.. I?m the end I get a regular ice no Carmel.. so get charged more for those and don?t getwhy it?s never made right.. I go to a diff one or dunks and bam it?s right. Epping star bucks tell me because they are busy I?mthere at 530 am with no one around.. I just don?t get it.. I get my step daughter coffee hear 2 Tuesdays of every month .and it's usually crowded at 9 in the morning very busy place there... is really no parking we park across the street in a wall greens parking lot .that's about the only bad thing about this placeall else is awsome ..ooo ya employees aren't that friendly I think probably cuz there so busy..understandable to a point ..Istill will be hear every other tuesday.
