Ordered online and after it said being prepared it took them 20 minutes. Came inside and was ignored for 5min then had a line... to the door, ignored everyone that came in, had two people on lunch at the same time. So with the 5 people working I saw theycould not help for 20 minutes. Also did not have requested sauces or napkins. I?m not one to leave bad reviews, I get beingunderstaffed, but this was pretty bad. Lady said have a great day so I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. Read more

I've tried to eat here multiple times and every time I end up waiting 10+ mins in the drive thru line with no movement at all.... There's usually only 1 car Infront of me and it still takes more than 10 mins to take 1 order. I always end up driving awaywithout ordering cause it takes so long. I don't blame the understaffed employees at all, I worked dominos during the pandemicso I understand. The franchisee of this location is running the store into the ground. A good start would be paying theemployees more so you have more help. Read more

One of the worst around and that's really saying something. The food is often old and stale or mismade entirely and the staff is... frequently unfriendly and unhelpful. It always seems very unclean there too. I won't be back until dramatic improvements aremade. Maybe start by paying your employees a reasonable amount of money so they can take their jobs more seriously... Read more

Went there yesterday for a pick up, huge mistake. Drive thru and inside closed. Employees walking out on manager, very soap... opera drama filled. Dirty and disgusting when I went in there before. Corporate needs to do something about these type ofsituations because they happen every single day all over each Taco Bell. The one on Endicott St in Danvers MA is the worst runone I've ever seen. But this one in Exeter NH is bad. People working at these places just don't GAF. Sad!!! Read more

The staff here is always friendly & my food is always above average for a Taco Bell. Those $2.oo chipotle ranch chicken burritos... are the -BEST- value in fast food at the moment. Read more

It was cash only at the time we visited. Apparently it was a statewide issue according to their makeshift sign. I only had $17... for an order for 3 people. The single employee manning the place let me know when I went above the $17 I had, yet he made itwork, allowing us to get that last item so everyone had something to eat (no drinks though!) He must have had a coupon he couldapply, or some flexibility from management due to the credit card processing outage. Made the kids in the car happy (though ofcourse a little complaining that they didn't get the drinks they ordered). They handled the issue reasonably well given thecircumstances. Read more

It was Taco ???? Day and I received a taco free ???? through the Taco ???? Bell app. I was in the area and I haven't been to... Taco Bell in over a decade. The taco ???? was ok. Could have use some chopped tomatoes. It was better than Burger King'staco. Friendly service. Delivery and take out available. Dine in is shut down. I was hungry, in the area and I had a free cheese???? enchilada available on the app. I ordered that with a taco ???? online. Big mistake! The drive thru was backed up. Verylong wait! I think ???? they are short staffed. When I finally got my order, they forgot the sauce packets I ordered! No realapology about the wait time. The enchilada filling really did taste processed. It is franchise food after all. I'm glad it wasfree. I've deducted two ? s. Corporate should have shut down this franchise for the evening ????. Read more
