Always great service my coffee is always made right at this store
I stop here on my way to work many times a month. I typically treat myself to a breakfast sandwich once a week. This sandwich... should have never got out the door. As a former food service worker, this is unacceptable. Read more
Standards have taken a dive, workers must not be trained as well and I no longer see a timer by the drive through like before.... The way I was served definitely would not have happened years ago when I was employed there. Employees would have never hid inthe back talking to one another basically arguing over who didn't have to serve the customer. Read more
Arrived at store with more than 10 minutes til close. We were waiting at the counter for more than a couple minutes when right... at 7pm someone popped out and said they just closed. Not impressed. Most of the baked goods were still on display and we couldhave easily been helped. These women weren?t budging whatsoever, nor were they friendly in the least. Read more
Found this in my sandwich as I was eating it. Didn't know plastic was a part of a balanced diet now. ???? Usually you are better... than this, but that is just unacceptable. Edit: Management changed, and store employees have become rude and mal-tempered. Morefrequent order mess ups as well. Such a shame to see such a good store fall apart as it did. Read more
Going to work today just late thanks to the 20 minute wait in the drive through. I have worked at dunks and I know that your on... a timer. Ordered a Chai tea, they said gave me a chai tea, I leave. Wait for it to cool down. Look at my drink and it?s black tea with I... believe milk in it? Thanks for ruining my trip and that?s not the first time at this location. I hate wasting my hard earnedmoney on regular order mess ups. Read more
I keep forgetting this Dunkin? is the worst. I am quickly reminded how awful they are when I pull away with my terrible coffee.
