The food experience was alright, the restaurant was clean. However, I was disappointed in the play place opening hours policy,... which is new from the last time we were here. They say the play place is not open until 10 AM. We had just had a six hour drivewith the kids, it was 9 AM, we had already eaten breakfast and the staff was already on the eating side of the play placecleaning up. I asked politely if it was okay if the kids would only go in the modules to play a bit before we head on back onthe road. It was a Tuesday morning, there was no one sitting in the restaurant except us, my kids were very, very calm, yet theemployee just said ?The play place opens at 10? without even looking at me. I tried making my point by explaining oursituation, staying very calm, yet he just repeated the same exact phrase, like he really didn?t care at all. The kids wereobviously bummed and sad. We plan our trip on purpose every year for our vacation to stop at this restaurant because it has aplay place and kids get to move a bit before the end of the trip. I think it is fair to say that it wouldn?t have been such ahassle for them to let them play for 15 minutes. Read more

Spent almost 20 minutes in the drive thru after ordering at the window and the employees were just standing there. I even heard... one of them say that people should go to Wendy's instead. Definitely getting a call in the morning and talking to a manager.. Read more
The crew was extremely rude including the assistant manager Stephanie who followed me out the store pestering me to talk to her,... I would have taken a moment but not when you have an attitude like that. You shouldn't hold a management position you obviouslyneed some training in that department.The food was cold, 3 nuggets hard as rocks stale. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. I received it without lettuce and without mayo. Now, it's been a while since I've been to... McDonald's, and correct if I'm wrong, but I thought it was standard that lettuce and mayo is on this sandwich. Service waspleasant though. Read more
Another McDonald's that reminds me of a Borg Cube! I almost expected to hear "Resistance is futile!" or "You shall be... assimilated!" from the drive thru speaker. But, I received friendly service from the staff and an accurate order. You can goinside and order, but, no table service and the kid's play area, which looks impressive, is closed. Clean and maintained parkingarea. RV and bus accessable. Wifi available. The food is, well, McDonald's. But, I liked this McDonald's. Read more
